Each of these blocks weighs 6 oz and has a moderate amount of A cork block is neither as firm nor as heavy as these. With my weight at 190 lbs, my heals probably compress the block by 1/8" when I am in the dondasana (plank) position. If I am on the fingertips, they probably compress between 1/8" and 1/4". On the other hand, I think the poses for flat hands are fine, but I do not think the poses for fingertips are stable Regardless, I think that they are a great value and I expect you to have to two For a stronger, more stable block, you'll have to pay three times more. I can use them without any problems since I won't be using my fingertips.

My speakers are perfect for isolating them from my desk and raising the tweeters up to ear level even though I don't do yoga. My experience with them is very good, and I have used them for quite a few months now. I would highly recommend this product.
It's standard size for yoga blocks, but they're a lot squishier than all the name-brand blocks I've used so far. If you put a lot of your weight on these blocks in a standing pose (as in a half moon pose or triangle pose for instance), or when you stand on them to give yourself more challenges during balance postures, the "give" on the block may affect the pose. I think they're okay, but some poses don't work as well as they would for me.
In some cases, the out of square effect was so severe that it was easily visible. Another block was quickly replaced, but it made just as much sense to get a replacement. It somehow turned out that I ended up with two fairly square blocks, which, as noted by others, are not very good for bearing heavy loads. If you spend $20 you can get firm square blocks that are just as good. I see nothing compelling about buying these.
As a yoga enthusiast, I am super passionate about it. NOT AT ALL! As a matter of fact, these are what I bought to put in my dummy back instead of sand bags. There is nothing like these things. They are so light. It can either be turned flat or turned on its edge to create more elevation. This is one of the best shock absorbers. Now you know I have a genius idea instead of yoga for these. My body would most likely be damaged if I attempted to do so.
was looking for a way to increase the height of my Neumann KH80's and reduce the bass rumble on my desk where I compose orchestral music, and these blocks worked great. The blocks I'm using are 6 inches wide by 9 inches long, and my speakers are 6 inches by 8 inches. 4" of space is raised off my desk by the speakers. I can't explain how they fit the speakers like they were made for them. Although the weight of the speaker does not even get compromised due to the density of the foam, the bass frequencies are well absorbed. It costs over 200 dollars for a monitor stand to do that same thing, so this is a great alternative. I am not familiar at all with what occurs in yoga, nor have I any idea what you are supposed to do with these blocks in that field, but as far as audio room treatment goes, it is flawless. This kind of stand would be perfect for creating an elevated subwoofer stand when grouped together on the floor! At this price, that's an absolute absolute steal! Your contribution to the yoga world is greatly appreciated!.
Instead of , it makes more sense to buy a brand name. There is too much softness, too much instability, and a very poor grip. If you are going to buy that one, you would be better off buying a brand name.
I am a yoga instructor, and I wanted some blocks for use in my home practice and Having been to so many studios that I frequent, I expect them to be just as good as the ones I visited in all of them. This is a good deal for me. Please note that this is not a sponsored or paid.
The aim of my purchase was to help me out with some of my RomWod I find these to be quite effective. They don't warrant a lot of talk. With these, you can adjust the height very easily to three different heights. They're soft and easy on the hands (or whatever it is you're using), but also sturdy enough to give support. They are exactly what I was looking for, and I am very pleased.
