I have one reservation about the product (and the only reason for not giving it three stars) the folding at the back. while (about a month in) the shaper above the glutes starts to fold in, which causes an uncomfortable pinch when you squat, lunge, or do any movement that requires you to lay down. I was in good shape for my figure competition as a result of this workout.

This model has been in my collection for years and it seems to be one of the best girdles to wear to the gym. It corrects your lower back posture nicely when you're lifting weights.

This is a fantastic product, I used it for quite some time for the gym, it is lovely, it provides perfect support it is ideal for the gym and is less expensive than some influences sell the same thing, it is virtually the same, only they change the I would say it's the perfect fit for me.

I love the belt, but I only wear it when working out my legs or back. Exercise with it each day will weaken your back, so it's not great to do it every day. Squats and deadlifts are great exercises which it is excellent for. As the old one started getting a little loose after almost two years and has an open seam in one place, i had to order a new one.
