The belt that I used is superior to all the hip/weighted belts It wasn't part of my normal routine to do platform squats, however, the belt allowed me to do them a bit. I would suggest that you trim down the carabiner clip's length. This move will wear down the clips a bit, although not as badly as when you wear a chain-fitted belt. You may want to pad the clips during the

There is no way to adjust the strap. To make it shorter, I wrap it several times.

I am nbsp I've been doing bodybuilding for quite some time and have always loved the look of a sturdy and sleek dip belt, I've used lots of others in the past but this one is top notch. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to push themselves a little farther. After you load up the extra weight onto the belt, the rope to attach the weights appears to hold a couple hundred pounds, but we have not tried it yet with that much weight. The belt is super comfy and doesn't bother your lower back or sides once loaded up. By examining the quality of the belt, it appears that it will last me for quite some time.
com! As a comparison, the leather belt looks, feels, and functions far better than the nylon belt I was There are no corners cut in the construction of this equipment since the manufacturers made sure it would last. Here are some specific exercises I do with this. Pushups and dips An added nylon fastening strap is a unique addition that is sure to add stability and security to a load when pulled. If you tighten that thing up, your belt will stay locked to your hips and won't fall off. The nylon loading strap is additionally far superior to any chains I have ever used. It is heavy duty and won't tear. If there is too much length, I can simply tie a knot into it and shorten it to fit the standard size most dip belts use for their loading chains. My dip belt has long enough chains and a nylon surface that allows it to slide while I do pushups. Other belts did not have long enough chains and the nylon surface made it slip I am able to wear this belt comfortably and it is also secure on my shoulders thanks to the padding. Belt squats (squats with weight dangling between the legs while standing on two boxes) I am in awe of this device. As I've been in the hole, I have had issues with the belt sliding or the weight digging into the thighs and sliding up the back. The issue here is not an issue.
I have updated Since I started using this dip belt, it has been about six months. Strap that connects one of the D-rings to the strap on the D-ring As the stitching was in place, the rings tore out. When I did pullups, I had 70 lbs extra on my back. My trainer has not yet been able to lift heavier weights with it, so I can't recommend Please see the original version below The only complaint I have is how stiff the loops are on the 'chain. ' Apart from that, the product is great, but I am not happy with how stiff the loops Carabiners get tangled up a little since it puts a little strain on them. Whatever the case may be, everything is well constructed and sturdy. I was very pleased with the nylon strap it's durable and can take the weight of the plates without digging into my It may be possible to pull more weight on a chain, but I can't see myself pulling 6 plates on a weighted pull up (but I'm not opposed to it). It is the best feature to be able to leave the belt on while doing supersets or giant sets with weighted pull ups. I would recommend the product to most people looking to add more weight to their calisthenics with weight.
There is a problem with the strap on the Dark Army, which measures The strap sits snugly around my dumbbell when I am doing dips between my thighs as I wrap it three times around the dumbbell. Great, but for chins I need to use my home weights, but the strap is too thick to fit through the holes, so I have to remove the strap and replace it with a 1" NRS Attach the strap to the beaner, feed the strap through the beaner, and then feed the strap through the weights. Because the strap is too long, the bag hangs too low. It is also difficult to attach / detach the strap from the beaners since they are too small. It's much easier for me to climb with beaners ($9 each), but the weights hang even lower with them. What's your opinion of the belt? Yes, I like it. If I got it again, would I get it? It is true. What's the reason? My favorite thing about the belt is that I can wear it around the house without taking it off. It's quiet too. And I can wear it while watching TV or making breakfast. This is a very nice piece of jewelry. I would buy it if there were a shorter and smaller strap as an add-on. We don't need to put four or five plates on the strap, so there is no reason for the strap to be overkill.
I was very pleased right away when I opened, and before I even took it out of the box. It has a very nice suede-like cushion around the inside of the belt, which is very effective in making the belt very comfortable when you wear it. It's a much better fitted belt than the old version with the chain down the middle, because the weight is distributed evenly around your waist. This causes the weight to shift around much less as well. This belt can be easily slipped over the waist and is easily tightened up. The gray band on the strap that holds this belt is rubbery feeling, which makes the belt grip very well. As well as the clips, they are a nice touch. When compared with the version that changes weight down the middle chain, the clips are easier to use. Well done Dark Iron Fitness! This belt is made with sturdy components all over, and I don't expect it to break down any time soon.
The leather is high quality, the stitching is solid, and the carabiners are of high quality. Rather than using a chain, the strap that holds the weight is a strap. I don't have to worry about my weights getting scratched. There is also some rubbery material that holds the weights in place on the strap by preventing them from sliding off. What a genius! A nice touch as well. A soft layer of black suede covers the inside of the belt, which was a pleasant surprise. What makes this belt stand out is that it has a strap on it that keeps it tight on your waist, rather than simply holding it in place with the weight of the plates you attach to it. Changing the weights is a bit easier now that it's easier to catch and unhook them. In terms of size, I'm a small female with a 29 inch waist, and this belt is a bit too big for me. am loving the look of this belt as well. I think it's fantastic. As a whole, this belt exceeded my expectations in both looks and functionality. Because of the thoughtfully designed elements, as well as the excellent construction, it stands out from the rest of the genre. I assure you that you won't regret purchasing.
