As a 36, I bought an large and it fits great, so perhaps a medium will work
it's polystyrene, I'm very pleased with it! It is awesome to be a powerlifter! It gives me amazing support to deadlift 235 pounds. I am a woman. It's k_killingfit if you want to follow me there
In fact, the belt measures 33 inches in circumference. Additional Velcro allows for an extended fit of 20 inches added to the five inches. A waist size of 40 inches can be comfortably accommodated.

It has too much strap and too little belt. There is no actual belt part to speak of, but there is a relatively long strap. Because the belt material is so short, it only wraps roughly two-thirds of the way around The navel portion of my stomach occupies three thirds of my body. The belt ends are not even close to touching, even when they are pulled extremely tight. I ordered a belt that is the right size There is no way that the ends of the belt would cross if I ordered an XL, even if I ordered a large. The straps would be too long, and then I'd have the problem of excess straps. It does seem like the belt ties up nice and tight, and the Velcro is holding just fine so far (okay, maybe not so good In practice, the best application of pressure to the back is to focus on a small portion of it. This belt does not offer total core support. But realistically, it is at best a good belt to keep in your glove compartment (yes, it will fit in there no problem) in case you forget your main belt or it breaks. Or you can use it as a temporary belt solution.
An incredible weight lifting belt at an unbelievable price. I was in search of a weight lifting belt that offered better tactile feedback for intrabdominal pressure and support when working out (crossfit, deadlift, olympic lift). This belt provides the same support as my Ohio leather belt but is less bulky to wear in certain workouts, with a lower profile that makes it easy to transport. I love the convenience of folding it into a low profile that allows it to be transported Even though I like my Rogue Nylon belt and the Harbinger belt, there were times when I could hear the velcro give a little during a backsquat or oly lift, which made me worry that it might pop open during the lift. I try to train without a belt so I can rely on the abdominals and keep intrabdominal pressure without the need for a belt, but knowing that the totalprofitness belt will stay in place when I lift gives me the confidence that I can lift heavier. They offer great support and on the packaging, they offered to give you a pair of wrist wraps or knee sleeves for free. As a result, I chose the knee sleeves and I can't wait for them to arrive so that I can try them out. In addition to a lifetime factory warranty on their products, this company also offers free exchange if something goes wrong with them. Which other fitness company offers such a service? I don't know anyone. Contacting the company is as easy as reaching out to them via their social media platform (Instagram, Facebook), via email, or even by Further to that, they reply to you the same day as well (they respond the same day! This is my second contact with the company, and I've been really pleased with the service and products it provides. Definitely looking forward to trying their other products, as they already have me as a lifelong customer. There are many great products in their nylon weight belt and other products, and I must try them all (I certainly.
I totally recommend this belt. The design is solid, the stitching is strong, and the buckle is solid. A size chart told me I needed an XL, so I ordered that size. In spite of that, after screwing it on, I had to tighten it as much as I could. There was no need for an XL, but a large was needed. I would have to agree with some other reviews saying that the belt is too small and the straps are too wide. A foot and a half strap is at least as long as the camera. They mean what they say when they say "self locking". I'm afraid this buckle is going to bite me down. My book, however, sees that as both a pro and a con. You also need a belt that can be easily released after a heavy lift so that the belt does not snag under all the pressure. Unfortunately, it is really difficult to remove this buckle, so I could not get it off without passing out. In general, I think it's a good belt if you're just starting out and don't want to spend a lot of money A leather belt with a lever release is the perfect choice for someone who is looking for ease and more stability.
A disclaimer follows In order to write a review for this product, I was given it as a gift. This will be a full disclosure and as comprehensive of a review as I can provide. It would be unfair to bias the reviewers as I myself hate to find out a product review is falsified when I get it. Here are the first things to keep in mind Height Six-foot-one-inch, 165 pounds A body built for athletic performance, the belly button is 198 cm (athletic build)* A measurement between the belly button and nipples of 36" The average woman's waist just below the belly button measures 5 feet, 10 inches.
A typical pant/short size for a 36" woman is 33/34"
A typical shirt size is large
A typical basketball short size is a medium or large. I ordered a Medium instead of Large (if that makes sense)
I ordered a Large, but it was too large, so I exchanged it for a Medium. A brief background The weight belt I used to use is very similar to the Harbinger Velcro belt I used previously. On the Harbinger, I am at the very bottom end of large. The large size of the ProFitness belt did not fit me at all, so I returned it and got the medium size. Despite the fact they advertise sizes on their product, I thought I knew better because I use that size most often. (They are not to blame as they advertise sizes on their product. ) There was a postcard inside the package when it arrived which said that there was a lifetime warranty (if registered on time) and an email and phone number if there was ever a problem. I left a message and decided to call customer service. Approximately 1 minute and 40 seconds after I sent the text, I received a text from a human asking what the problem Our issue was quickly resolved via text messages and the belt was promptly shipped out. THOUSANDS OF THOUGHTS WENT INTO THIS. I consider nothing to be more satisfying than excellent customer service***Review of the product This product is a 5-star product
- What an awesome belt this is. The locking feature is one of the most awesome things about this belt. Start out skeptical, but after using it for only a few sets, I discovered it is quite handy. For those of you who have used Velcro belts before, you know that at times they slip. It is absolutely not something you have to be worried about with this bad boy. The following *br There's a lot to love about this belt's Velcro. So far, I have only used this a few times so I cannot comment on longevity, but considering how thick it is and how long it is, I would assume there would be no issues. The following *br It provides just as much, if not more, support as other Velcro belts that I have used. What I like about this belt is It has a part that other Velcro belts don't always have. You should have extra fabric beneath the buckle so that it does not dig into your body when you lift. Compared to that one, this one has about 3 extras A belt with a buckle on the side of it should have four inches of belt under the buckle so you won't The following *br It's about aesthetics. I don't care about the gym, it's the gym. The black and white model has a nice, clean appearance. More information isn't necessary at this point. There is a lot of visual appeal in this. This belt does not tell me I have a muffin top (except when I put it on and I get a muffin top despite its use). This belt does everything you need it to do. I was going to write a 'Cons' section in this review, but frankly this belt does everything you want it to. I found the customer service to be excellent, and it is not expensive. A great choice for those who are considering buying a Velcro belt for the first time. *To end this review, a quote from a legend "I always say to myself right before doing a tough set in the gym, Ain't nothing to it, just Coleman, Ronnie.
