In this case, it is the body, not the strap that is longer. There is no difference in body width between them, but there is a difference in length between sizes. I'm not sure if you should buy a size larger, however.
There is no doubt that the material is excellent
The best use for it would be to do sit-ups while doing burpees.
I would recommend going large if you are a true 34. The size 34 is for heavy people, but the size XL is for the rest of us

This material is not absorbent. A durable material. There is a lot of comfort in this belt. While I was a student in high school, I have memories of using leather belts that were a little stiff There is definitely a difference between the edges of this one being soft and flexable and the edges of it being rigid, where it would dig into your stomach if In my experience, the velcro appears to be durable, and hasn't shown any signs of damage after a few months' As soon as it is attached, the velcro is strong enough so that it does not shift or loosen when it is being repeatedly used. The torso gets the support it needs from this. There is a large portion of the belt covered in velcro so it can be adjusted to different It's a simple product but it's well constructed and functional. I sweat a lot, and the material does not absorb it.
It's a simple product but it's well made and functional. My only suggestion if I had a magic wand is that I wouldn't change a thing. I would buy it again even if it were stolen, and I would recommend it to anyone shopping for a weight lifting.
I would recommend it if you are a beginner or don't use it hard. For my use (I probably wear it twice a week at most) it should last a while. However, I do not wear it for every exercise that I do. When I'm already fatigued and need the support, I only use it for my last heavy sets of squats and deadlifts after my last set of squats and deadlifts. It may therefore vary from person to person. This belt, in my opinion, is a good buy.
While I specialize in jumps, I do pentathlons occasionally, so I need to wear some back support. I am super-ambitious and am always willing to try new things. In good health After beginning serious training nearly 17 years ago, I have been able to essentially get rid of my (previously severe) back problems. Even so, this belt is supportive and comfortable it seems like I hardly notice.
I have found it to be reliable. I bought my first one years ago and it lasted me for quite some time. It is unfortunate that fabric and jewelry gets stuck in the Velcro over time, making it less stable and less effective. Otherwise, I'm happy with this product and would recommend it.
I ordered this belt because this company is reputable. This bra has good quality and the Velcro strap makes it easy to put on and take off, however, the width in the back does not provide me with enough support. There should have been at least one or two inches more space here. This is a good, overall quality product For me, the support is not enough. Because I am six feet two inches tall, maybe it has something to do with that.
a great product that provides good support, and I've been using it for some time now I have used it every day for months and have no complaints, obviously there are better weight belts out there, however the clasp that you run the strap through is a little pitted with rust, but that doesn't bother me, it doesn't affect the integrity of the belt.
The boyfriend of my daughter needed one of these. So I gave it to him as a gift It wasn't until recently that I received a report stating that he is 100% satisfied with the product, since he has been using it several times a week without any signs According to reports, it is as comfortable as necessary.
I don't use this belt for powerlifting but it is decent for entry level use. In addition to regular lifting, it is best suited as an extra support. Powerlifting belts are very expensive, which is why you should really spend the money to buy a high-quality belt like the Make sure your spine is healthy by taking good care of.
