It is basically the same at 28 as it is at 24. Upon looking at the size chart, I saw that I was basically between a small and an xs. The lifetime warranty of both of these laptops is appealing to me because I want to be sure that I will have one for a long time. As soon as I tried both on, I found that small had a lot more material than medium. I still have about 5 holes left in it when I wear it, if you need a small, choose an extra small size. If you're in the same size range as me, I recommend you choose the extra small.

It's sturdy, but is very soft so there is no break-in period. It was comfortable the first time I tried it out. In the past, I used nylon and leather belts, and now I always reach for this one from Dark Iron. It has made a huge difference in my gym routine. I absolutely love the belt, and it has been such a great help. With it, I was able to go heavier with the lifts I use along with the confidence to do so. I immediately increased my deadlift PR by 25 pounds when I used it for the first time. As well as the quality, it is outstanding. Initially, I was worried that the small notches/holes on the belt would stretch out from all of the tugging due to the fact that I ordered the wrong size (one size too big) and had to use the tightest setting to make it function for me. As a result, I would not be able to move up since I did not have a tighter setting available. However, the quality of the item is so high that the notch/hole have not been compromised in any way.

The belt is very comfortable right off the bat if you buy it by itself without comparing it to anything else. It is not at all supportive when compared with an actual lifting belt. Simply put, it's a very soft (large) leather belt. It offers no support at all when compared to an actual lifting belt. If I were you, I would buy this belt as well as You can compare them and send back the one you do not like. Many belts have free returns (you don't need to use them, but you should leave them in great condition). This will allow you to feel the belts before you make your choice. It's important to keep in mind that most decent belts have a break-in period You are definitely in period, so please do not be put off by this belt feeling.

Weight training is something that I have only been doing for the last 6 months in the past I did mostly cardio/workout DVDs I was recommended getting a belt to keep myself safe as well as maintain a tight core during certain exercises after getting into a good routine, as well as get suggestions from others who have been doing this for several years. This belt has so far exceeded my expectations!!! I am very pleased with it! During my workouts, I noticed an immediate difference between using this belt and not using it. A good fit, seems to be made of quality material that well last.
