I spent a week looking for the right setup for my garage and found it here. It was very rewarding for me to do so! It is really great for tall people to use this rack/pullup bar combination. It has J hooks which are very sturdy and have a high density plastic that protects the bar and keeps the sound of the bar hitting them to a minimum. I use it for all standard barbell lifts, squats, overhead presses, bench presses, etc. I am extremely pleased with this purchase, highly recommend it to anyone who wants to use a pull-up bar at home that is very sturdy. The reason I won't go with anyone else is just that I don't see a need. I have used this rack at multiple crossfit gyms, and it is every bit as good as the "Rogue" brand racks that cost two or three times as much. A rig three times the size of Titan. Even you won't realize the difference since the stickers are on this rig. If you want the name just for the sake of having it, buy some Rogue stickers and stick them on your rig. There are more colorful and shiny racks you can buy, but I don't think they are as sturdy and I doubt they are as colorful. During my research for this review, I observed a lot of other reviewers who felt this rack was a little wobbly. I highly recommend this rack since setting it up and securing it was simple. Although it is cheaper than rogue racks, it is at least as good as them. You will save $100 easily if you order from Amazon, where shipping is free.
