That's not the case. If you're worried about the size, you can put 45s at the bottom and 35s at the top, but that's the biggest number.
A distance of approximately 15 inches separates them if they are centered 17 inches apart
There is plenty of room for the weights on this stand. It is heavy and sturdy and it has a lot of space. Despite its light weight, the cast iron is incredibly heavy. When the weights are on, the equipment cannot be moved or lifted. When the weights are removed, it becomes very sturdy. This is particularly appreciated because we went in person to Sears and a few local stores like Academy and looke...

The fact that this thing is so big that it accommodates all my plates, even fractionals, is awesome. The only complaint I have is that some of the pegs must be a little bigger since the plates are a little difficult to keep on or take off. It would be nice if they were a little looser, but they aren't a big deal. As a matter of fact, I wiped the pegs with some WD40 and it's barely noticeable anymore.
It appears to be much more sturdy than it actually is. My 300 pound Fitness Gear set fits perfectly in this case, and there is plenty of room for There are three posts to hold the 25, 10, and 5 pounds plates on one side, and the 45 lb and 35 lb plates can be found on the other side. Using the inner posts is good for the little two. A total of five plates and clamps are required. The plates in your set may fit differently, or not at all, compared to the 45 plates in my Dick's budget set. The tripod doesn't wobble or shake, but it is sturdy. The table is solid and I have no worries about it collapsing or getting knocked over. It does not take up a lot of space either. The only complaint I have is about the packaging and shipping Some of the paint on the box was scraped off due to the top of the tree sticking out. There are not enough stars that I care about, so I don't lose any stars. All in all, I recommend this product for its price and function.
This weight tree surprised me with how much I like it. There is much more I like about it than I thought there would be. Despite being stable and looking good, it still needs work. It has been complained about that third post on one side, but I use it to hold fractional plates and collars. I like it!.
