The machine performs exactly as it should. It's quite comfortable to sit in, though I lean it against the wall for added back support, and then I watch television or play video games. When I'm at ease, I open my legs a little wider until they're uncomfortable again, then wait until I've adjusted and repeat. Sitting in this position allows you to easily work your arms. br>br>The only complaint I have is that it was poorly packaged for shipping, and one of the leg rest's wheels was broken. These wheels are required for the leg rest to be supported while stretching. Thankfully, it was a standard-size castor wheel that was simple to replace, but it cost me an extra $10, and I didn't want to wait for a new machine if I had to return this one. br>br>However, I would recommend it in general.

sorta. The machine functions properly in general. The gear that opens the legs, on the other hand, slips and won't open without a lot of force, making it very frustrating to use. The closer you get to 180 degrees, the more it slips, which isn't something you want to happen. br>br>I attempted to contact the seller three times but received no response. br>br> If it's for your kids, I'd say go ahead and order it, but if it's for adults, beware. It still works; you just have to put in a little effort. br>br>I docked a star for the slipping gear, as well as the seller's lack of responsiveness.

was not designed for anyone taller than 5 feet tall, and when I use it, my feet drag on the floor. br>I kept it because my son uses it, and he is 4 feet and 10 inches tall, and he has leg problems as well.

This item was returned to me a few days ago, and I requested an exchange. I received a message from the seller telling me that I could keep the item if I paid $20. It was a bad experience for me. I stated that it was defective and that I desired the same item that was defect-free; however, the item I ordered to exchange is no longer listed in my orders. So, what went wrong? The strangest thing is that I requested an exchange/return of this product on January 17th, and I received an email from Amazon confirming my request. Then I noticed that I had two orders for the same product in my queue: What happened to the return one and the new shipping product? I don't have any of them anymore, nor do I have the exchange request. br>br>As for the product, it appears to be sturdy but is riddled with factory flaws, and the wheels that slide into the opening are delicate and break within the first week. It's not something you should buy.

For a few months now, I've been working on stretching out my hip flexors, and it's definitely helped. Before using this at all, start slowly and warm up. If you try to go too far too fast, it's very easy to injure yourself.

Even down to the wheel under the stretcher, it was beautifully wrapped. The top of the wheel, where the Chome is, appears to be splotched and not shiny, and the bottom of the wheel appears to be splotched and not shiny. Where some of it has worn off at the bottom of the wheel, it appears as if there were hands there! Since I bought it, I hadn't used it. I tried sitting on it once to see if it worked. It did what it was supposed to do, but it was nighttime; now that Windows is up, I can see the Wheel is in use. I won't buy anything from that Individal again if I see the Sellars name. I am going to santazie this item. It appears that the stretcher is brand new. down except for the Wheel, the handle has been used! That does not make me happy!.

When you reduce the stretch, this design becomes much better and smoother. This device was also mostly assembled and is much more portable than the previous one.
