You can do so much with this! A few words My gym at home has never been so versatile! I purchased it as a first step to building my home gym and it has already been my best purchase to date! Since I have a small apartment, the fact that the item folds flat to take up little space was a major plus for me! Even if you do them with just your own bodyweight, sissy squats can be challenging

By wearing a weighted vest and using dumbells/kettlebells, I can add resistance. This is an incredible solution for doing quads, hamstrings, and glutes. In addition to the two hooks at the front, I didn't realize there were two hooks when I purchased it. They are attached to heavy duty resistance bands with clips, and I have found methods to also do biceps and overhead presses with them.

I'd love to see him if he were a bit shorter than 5'7"

In my post Covid dilemma, I have added a new feature that I really love. Here's what I have to say, the sissy squat is good for all heights, however, the Roman chair for your lower back is only comfortable for those that are 5'7" or shorter in height. As a female, I have no problem using the Roman chair for my lower back, but my boyfriend is 5'11, so the chair falls short of his hip flexors. The only thing I had to have my boyfriend modify was to add anti-slip pads. It would be helpful to apply stickers onto the platform because it is so slippery and without them, one could easily slip and fall since there is nothing keeping you from slipping because the platform is so Therefore, I posted a picture of what I did to make the product a lot more perfect.

Easy to store due to its compact size. - - * CONS - What is the purpose of the low I wouldn't say it's quite right. Foot support is not really supportive on the back of the foot. Rather than doing it as a hamstring curl, imagine it as a Nordic one. A more durable foam could have been used for padding inside.

It's time for a change with the Vid home gym

I consider this to be one of the best value purchases for my Covid My weight is about 230 pounds, so this had no problem working well with dumbbells of 50 pounds. My experience with the back extensions with this was not as good, but I bought this mainly for the sissy squats, so I'll probably only use it for those. The sled was already put together out of the box, all you have to do is extend the stability arm and put one screw in. You should be able to have it out of the box and ready to go in less than 5 minutes. Very much like the way the foot pad is screwed down so that you can really crank up the tension and keep your foot firmly All in all, this is of a very high quality and should last a very long time. I would have been happy to pay nearly double the amount for it. In the era of Covid price gouging on fitness equipment, it is refreshing to find something that is affordable.

For the back leg, there is one screw. all there is to It is comfortable to sit on the padding. There is a foot holder that holds your feet firmly in place. I like it! Excellent value for the money.

I've had an ACL replacement so doing leg extensions with heavy weight was getting to me, but this machine is perfect. Big difference in the strength of my quads, and my squat weight has gone up considerably because of this. There is an option to do back extensions as well.

The best way to save money and space is by buying It's a good little bench for squats and hyperextensions

I can take this with me to train clients since it is so light. My clients mainly tend to be women, so I think it would work well with them. On the hyperextension part it does not extend much and I am not sure how much weight it can bear. This machine is not the most sturdy in this position, but it works, and it does a hyperextension and saves space in the process. Other sissy squat machines would be better, but this one does a hyperextension and saves space.
