I'm so happy! I received it today so shipping was quick and smooth. Initially some bolts didn't work well, but my husband took care of it so everything turned out fine. Tomorrow is the first day I can use it! It will be my pleasure to update my thoughts on it after I train with it a couple of times. I like the way it looks, I like the heavy duty metal, and it seems to have adequate pads. My original reason for buying it was because it was hyper-cheap Extensions and squats with a sissy bar. This is not a combination I often come across, so I was delighted to discover it. I DO have to tell you that when I thought I might need a replacement pad (because the two bottom bolts would not fit into the holes due to misalignment), I contacted the seller and they got back to me very quickly and were both courteous and more than willing to assist me. It is certain that if my husband had not been able to get it working, they would have sent him a needed replacement. It seems they are very kind and helpful people. It's all good. I just finished my A hyper-active state I tried keeping the knees soft because it locks them vertically in place. The extension system performs great, but it's a bit rough on the knees. It probably will be fine in the long run, but it will depend on how fast it goes. During my next workout, I will do my legs, so I will post Update The lower body day, so I used this to get the sissy squats in. It's awesome! While I was performing my five sets, I did not feel unstable or unsafe. I stayed put once I was locked in. I am very pleased with this piece of equipment and would definitely buy it again!.
However, once you set it up to try and do the hyperextension exercise, it becomes unstable and uncomfortable. While attempting an exercise like hyperextension, I am not confident that this machine can support more than 160 pounds at a time. Other than that, I use it mostly for sissy squats and split squats.
In this way, I am able to make the exercise more like a traditional A simple design coupled with high functionality result in a bench that is highly appealing. After some adjustment it was not easy to overcome the fear of falling as I lowered myself, but I soon realized how much better my quads felt.
Though the equipment works well, I had wished that the hip cushion rod was longer this would make it safer for taller people, and also make it possible to extend the back of a Roman chair. For more resistant (thicker) bands, the holes for those bands should be larger. but not least, when doing back extensions, it is recommended that the pin that holds the rod has a greater thickness, thereby providing a more secure and sturdy feeling. I am concerned that when I am doing extensions with or without weight, they will break and I will get hurt. It hasn't happened, but these psychological thoughts prevent me from feeling safe and dealing with.
I would warn you, if you're over 5'5" or an average sized guy, don't do it. Despite what the machine claims, there is no way to do every exercise on it.
Assembly is simple and the packaging is excellent. I spent less than ten minutes on it. Initially I was excited, but it turned out to be disappointing after all. At the lowest setting, you won't be able to get low enough to do a proper sissy squat if you have a short lower leg. There are 17 inches from my knee to my foot on the bottom part of my leg. On the way down in the squat, I wind up being stopped at my thigh by the pad before I can go any deeper.
In order to work the lower and upper body and abs, it can be used for a variety of exercises. This book is easy to fold up and roll away, since it does not take up much space. I was pleased with how sturdy it is and how easy it was to assemble. Other brands I looked at had a lot more expensive pricing as well as no adjustment for other exercise types, which made this product an attractive purchase for me.
The home gym app has been a lifesaver for me. It's because I suffer from horrible lower back pain that I ordered this. It has a hyperextension element that I was looking forward to most. In addition to the exercise options, there are plenty of other benefits. Considering I am only 5'1", the height allowed for hyperextensions is perfect for me, however if you are taller, it may not be as strong for you. There is no adjustment to the highest setting.
