Questions & Answers
Yes, you can change the length of your stretching to find the perfect fit.
You have complete control over this. I use it a couple of times a week for anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour, depending on what I'm doing. 30 mins. I found that the longer I used it, the stiffer and more sore I became. After a while, it became less of a problem. It's a good idea to get into a comfortable position/stretch and do something else to distract yourself, such as reading or watching TV. Allow your muscles to unwind for a moment. You'll be able to tell when it's time to stop or if you should continue.
You can increase the stretch by pulling it wider with your own body. You must release to press the release button in the center bar to pull it closer once you've reached the maximum at one level. There's nothing mechanical about this device that locks out the stretch; you have to control it manually.
I depressed them with a small tool, and then someone gently tugged them out.

The pieces snap into place with the adjustable buttons, making this leg stretcher a breeze to put together. The material is high-quality iron that can withstand a lot of force. br>Because I'm only 5'6" and haven't done any flexibility training in far too long, it doesn't take much to put me under stress. br>br>As someone who has trained in martial arts, I know how important flexibility is, and this stretcher makes it easier because I can use it without a partner. It has a belt strap to help keep the pressure in place. I find that looping it "under" me rather than around my waist is more effective for me because I'm pulling in the same plane as the stretcher rather than upwards. br>br>During the stretch, the stretcher can be adjusted to go shorter by pressing the buttons (as long as the legs are also relaxed). br>br>Comes with a bag for travel and storage. br>br>Overall, it's well-made and doesn't appear to have any flaws.
This was purchased to aid in my stretching routine; it did not arrive assembled, which I was concerned about, but it was simple to assemble. The instructions are written in English as well. It came with a carrying case and a band to keep the tool fastened to your waist; it took a little getting used to, but once I got it adjusted to my height, I was able to stretch while sitting on the floor and watching TV. It keeps me in a stretched position all of the time, preventing me from slipping and losing the muscle tension that I require.
Flexibility is a critical component of taekwondo, which I practiced for many years. I've noticed that as I've gotten older, my flexibility has deteriorated significantly. Of course, I'm slipping even more now that I've taken a break. I'd never describe myself as stiff in my life, so I set out to find answers. After conducting extensive research, I chose this product. With a handlebar-style device in the center, you can control how far you want to extend your body and push it as far as you can. This works better than any method I've ever been taught in my life, and the device itself is high-tech. It's just metal rods connected, and it only took five minutes to put together. I don't know of a better way to improve your flexibility than this.
If you want to improve your flexibility, I strongly advise you to purchase this product.
So I bought this to assist me in re-organizing my life. After years away from Yoga work, where I was quite limber, I needed to stretch. I'd like to reclaim some of that mobility. I believe that, like most things, with regular use, this will provide me with the flexibility I require, but I am unable to give it five stars for two reasons. First and foremost, I must obtain the outcomes. Second, I was irritated by the fulcrum's inability to maintain an even balance. I'm not sure if it'll make a difference in overall performance, and it's something that can easily be adjusted, but it's something I noticed. I'll update you on the results after a few months of use. br>br>In the video section, you can see my video review!.
BUY IT! It came! I used to have one of these almost 20 years ago (though it wasn't as sturdy as this one)! This is a fantastic leg stretcher. I can't believe how much flexibility I've lost; it reminds me of my first Karate class as a kid, when I couldn't even throw a simple front kick without bringing up my other leg and landing flat on my back! Master Shimamoto: br>br>Master Shimamoto: br>br>Master Shimamoto: br>b "Did you get knocked down by someone?" " (laughter) br>br>There is only ONE flaw. On square tubing, the foam does not work well. That foam will most likely be replaced with something more durable.
I've noticed that I'm extremely stiff, especially after watching my daughter do the splits, which I used to be able to do but can now only get to a 90 degree angle. It was fairly simple to set up and use. The ease of use astounded me. In comparison to my daughter, I am clearly not as limber as she is. It comes with a carrying case, which was an unexpected bonus.
It works, but there are a couple of things they could have done better. The foam ends prevent it from sliding outward on the floor as it would otherwise. To get your feet out wider, you have to constantly pick them up and stretch them. The ends aren't very comfortable either. Overall, the quality is satisfactory, but it is a little flimsy. I was on the verge of not being able to put it together because the precision of the ends fitting the legs was off. I had to put in a lot of effort to get the ends in. It shouldn't have been a problem in the first place.
