I saw this bench that comes with an elastic band, which is very smart. br>I am replacing my sweat-soaked Golden Gym bench with this so-called Yoleo Weight Bench that I found on Amazon. I'd never heard of this company before, but the Elastic Cord is so intriguing that I couldn't resist pulling the trigger. It also does not let me down. It comes in a plain brown package that is heavy but unprepossessing. As expected, it comes well packaged with a basic booklet. It's very simple to put together, with or without the booklet; after all, it's just a bench. The fabric is thick and durable. It's the same as other name-brand products I've purchased in the past. The pulling band, on the other hand, is fantastic, and I'm currently using it to strengthen my chest. You can adjust the intensity with a small twist, and you can also work on another area without changing the position of any rod or leveler, unlike the bowflex (I know they're comparable, but I admit I only watch people working on bowflex on youtube). )br>Overall, it's an excellent piece of exercise equipment, or a Bench. The quality is excellent, and the creative addition is a nice touch.
I always read all of the reviews before purchasing something, and the style and color of this bench are ideal for a gift for my sister. br>The only reason I'm returning this item is because the lower sitting level is a little too high for my sister's workout. This is my blunder. I'd like to come back, and I'm considering upgrading my bench. The Yoleo, on the other hand, is unable to accept the current situation because of the Covid- There are 19 reasons. I'm perplexed because every item I returned to Amazon was accepted as long as it was in good working order and included all accessories.
25 reps on the bench On the fifth set (rep 19), this bench snapped in the middle while doing 20s with only 140lbs on a 12lb/15lb long bar! (Fortunately, I had a spotter. )br>I weigh 240 pounds (total with bar and plates) 152 pounds/155 pounds = 392 pounds/395 pounds! As a result, the total load weight supported by this bench should be listed as 300lbs/330lbs maximum rather than 550lbs! br>I've only had this bench for 6 months and have only used it about 25-percent of the time. So, all in all, it's been a couple of wastes of money!
ps; I'm not sure I've used it in the last 25 years. I've used it at least 20 times out of the 35 times I've used it.
I'm 160 pounds and when benching with 60-pound dumbbells on each arm, the middle of the bench snapped and fell to the floor, potentially injuring my body.
For my son's 30th birthday, I bought him a weight bench. It arrived at a lightning speed. It arrived in a study box that was wrapped in plastic bags and was complete with all parts. It was a cinch to assemble. What's more, it's extremely durable. It can be folded and stored in the closet of my son. My son is still waiting for his weight set, but once he receives it as part of his birthday present, he will be able to exercise at home. I'm glad I went ahead and bought it.
"Always make sure your brakes are well taken care of," my father advised me when I first started driving. I can always get a car moving forward again, but if I can't get it to stop, that may not be the case. "br>br>Similarly, a weight bench such as this should be said. It will be extremely difficult to stop the momentum if the bench collapses while you have a large amount of weight above you. br>br>I chose the bench because of its low price, the fact that it could be folded into various positions for different weight lifts (and that it could be folded neatly and stored in a small footprint), and the large alleged capacity. br>br>The bench was almost ready to use right out of the box. It was simply a matter of adjusting it to the desired position. It was also incredibly simple to fold, requiring only the removal of pins and readjusting to the desired position, and it folded nicely when I needed to do another workout on the limited mat space I had in the garage. It served its purpose admirably while it was still in one piece. br>br>However, after about 40 workouts with just me (210 lbs) and two dumbells (approximately 45 lbs each), the seat portion broke. Although 300 pounds is significantly less than the advertised 550 pounds, I'm curious if that weight is meant to be distributed evenly across the entire bench. However, it appears that I should be able to do overhead or incline presses, which would place the majority of the weight on the seat portion. br>br>I've seen other reviews of this product where the center folding portion has broken, and I hope none of them were doing a bench press with a barbell at the time, because the consequences could have been disastrous. br>br>I would suggest looking for a different brand and spending a little more to ensure that the piece you're using is SAFE and can hold the recommended weight after repeated use. It appears that being able to support your weight and the weight of your training equipment is just as important as ensuring that your car's brakes are always in working order.
I purchased this bench a few weeks ago, and it performs admirably. I never have a lot of patience when it comes to installing large, difficult DIY equipment. This bench, on the other hand, is extremely simple to put together, requiring almost no assembly. love it! It's the perfect weight bench for me because it's easy to adjust and lays flat. Time will tell if it can withstand nearly daily use, but it appears to be quite sturdy, and the craftsmanship appears to be quite good for a weight bench that costs less than $150.
