The rack is simple to assemble and fits well Compared to other sites, I found the same rack for $249. I'm very pleased with the $119 price. In terms of dimensions, the rack is 32 inches in width. The size of the poster is 5 by 49 inches. The size of the collage is 5x63 inches. For this rack, you will need at least 72" of bar.
The thing is on the money for the price. There are complaints about things like sturdiness and such, but for the money, it is quite impressive. The bench has a good amount of stability and I find it to be a huge improvement over the wobbly ass Walmart special which I purchased only because it had a bench built in. As I was trying to get what I wanted, I realized I had to spend a little more. In this case, the distance between the pillars is wide enough for my wide body to comfortably bench press and not hit the rack, which was impossible on the Walmart special because that bar was 5 feet wide, so I have been using a 72 inch bar on this rack. There is very little difference if it wobbles. There is no concern for me that it'll move on me to cause me to fall and tear my body. It is enough if you get a $2500 set or something. If that isn't enough, then stop being cheap and get a $2500 set instead. Racks that cost $150 are not meant to be the panacea for.
There was a type of basic weight bench that was readily available 20 years ago - I was looking for one such bench. It has no frills, but it is My previous thought was that I had found one sitting on this bench, but I was much mistaken. The two biggest problems are listed below. A quick look at the "frame" shows it is fastened only with two M8 bolts to the uprights. The bench wiggles a little forward and backward, no matter how tight the bolts are. When used within its recommended limits, the weight bench should be fine, but a good weight bench should not wiggle when in use. Second, I cannot bench press with my feet on the floor without having my lower back arch. Despite my long legs (34" inseam), I cannot do this without arching. I do not recommend it. In order to flatten my back properly, I need to rest my feet on the "leg lever" pads. In a situation where this bench will serve my needs, I will keep and use it. Although I wish I had spent a little more money on something that works better, it would have been worth it.
There are too few holes in the frame, which makes it impossibly difficult to assemble. The bench I had on hand did not have a serial number, so I was unable to register the product online. If you are unable to register the product, you cannot use their online self-help. There is a problem with their interface, so I tried to message a live operator. I'm so pissed off with this huge pile of junk, and I bet you don't want to hear about how I had to pack it back up and return it. There is zero quality control when crap is made in China. I do not mean to be rude, but this is standard for crap made in China.
A simple assembly is required. It is a simple matter of grabbing a wrench and drilling the hole. I had to set up my computer in about 40 minutes. You can't beat the price for the rack, which is sturdy and very reliable. (135 including tax)
Before buying this rack, make sure you have an Olympic bar, otherwise it might not fit as the space between the two arms is quite large. In addition, you'll have to ensure you have ample space in your space because this machine has a huge.
The price at the time of my purchase was $120, and after receiving it, it was exactly what I wanted. A lot of work is done by it. Having a max load limit of 300 lbs on this thing is the only downside to it, but other than that it works and is affordable.
The height of my hair is 5'11" and my weight is 185 lbs. The ) fit the bill After 45 minutes of workout, I am very satisfied with the purchase so far. We look forward to seeing you.
This is an excellent product. Changing the height is a simple and quick process. All parts came with this unit in great condition. I don't have any issues with the weight limit. The amount of weight I lift will never be that great. It is very easy to assemble. A very nice rack as well. By not installing the slides on the Olympic sleeves, the width can also be modified so that regular barbells can be used and the plate storage can also hold 1 inch plates. This rack meets my expectations and I could not be happier.
