Questions & Answers
I just measured my pad to make sure it was 12 inches wide.
I haven't done any of those things.
This is a good weight bench to have. Using it, I was able to bench 355 pounds. To me, it appears to be well-constructed. There's just the right amount of foam padding on it. I'd say it's moderately difficult. It's a well-made product.
It's a substantial piece. It'll do the job for hip thrusters, but I don't think it'll keep you stable if your form deteriorates. I believe that a bolted-to-the-floor bench would be required to prevent it from tipping over. If you put your hips off the end of the bench rather than the middle, and braced the bench against a wall or something, you might be able to use it.

Normally, I don't write angry reviews, but something about this one just didn't sit right with me. I just got this bench and was super excited to put it together and use it, so I did my preworkout thinking it would only take five minutes to put it together. Wrong. I unpack everything and am pleased with how it was packaged until I notice that the feet have been gouged by not being wrapped in any protective film and instead being placed in a plastic bag. That's not a big deal; I can live with it, so I continue on. I get everything set up and ready to assemble, and the first thing I do is put the pads on the legs, followed by attaching the feet to the pad support frame, which is when my nightmare begins. I took the bolts they provided and spent a total of half an hour trying to figure out what I was doing wrong, growing increasingly frustrated as my preworkout became increasingly anxious. Finally, I've had enough and use calipers to check the size of each of the four holes. Neat. I'm not sure how that happened, but it did. Because only one hole fit the supplied bolt, I took a break to lift and then decided to try filing it down, so I went to Lowe's to get a round tapered file because I didn't have one in my woodshop. Also, the bolt is metric, so you won't be able to match it unless you have a metric bit set. After a half-hour of filing, I've only gotten 2/4 of the holes to work. When it finally gets to me, I just say "F it. " I'm going to Home Depot today to purchase a 4x4 and construct my own legs, which I'll then attach casters to so it can roll. I've heard great things about Titan Fitness products, but I've also heard there could be cosmetic issues, which I'm fine with. This craziness and lack of quality control do not sit well with me. If I had to do it all over again, I believe I would have been just as well off, if not better, by purchasing the $60 Chinese knockoff you can find on Amazon.
br>br> There are a million incline decline multi-level benches out there. cline. . Every one of them has a purpose. br>However, if you want to stick to the basics and get the job done without causing injury to your shoulder joints and other body parts, invest in a flat bench! br>At least for me, this particular bench, with a height of 17 inches, is ideal for my 5 foot 10 height. In short, when I sit on this bench, my thighs are parallel to the ground (stability, comfort, and safety). br>The quality is second to none, and I couldn't care less about what a previous reviewer said about rust inside the pipe! That complaint was ridiculous in my opinion! Finally, I'd like to express my gratitude to all of you who have taken the time to read They delivered it quickly, and it was perfectly boxed and packaged to my liking! You can't beat the price, and you'd be wasting your money if you bought something more expensive! br>To summarize, I would buy it over and over! Oh, and I have no affiliation with the company or anything that sells fitness equipment, so good luck and live a healthy life. 😉.
Even on carpet, there is no wobble. I was looking for a bench that would last a long time. You've found it! This is easy to move with one hand thanks to the sturdy handle and rollers. In the next 15 years, I might have to recover/repad the top. That is to be expected, however. In the past, I competed in the IFBB Amateur and Ms. Fitness competitions. Over the last 30 years, I've used a lot of exercise equipment. Only serious items are purchased by me. high-quality equipment btw. This takes about 15 minutes to put together. With a socket wrench, it only took 20 minutes. a modest addition 9/16 standard sockets in two sizes for the three bolts that hold the bench top in place The 4 bolts that secure the 2 base feet/platform to the frame are 3/4 inch long. No tools are included in the package. An adjustable wrench could be used. Alternatively, you could use regular wrenches. 5 Stars!.
I usually buy Rogue, but I needed a new bench and was getting a battle rope from Titan, so I figured I'd give them a shot. (This was the first time I'd ever placed an order with Titan Fitness. ) The bench was completely rusted and clearly used when it arrived. The area where the legs meet the base was severely scratched, indicating that it had been used previously. The powder coating was chipped, scratched, and missing all over the bench. The pad's underside has a large blemish. br>br>I understand this is a budget bench, but you can get a Rogue flat bench for $50 more, so the quality shouldn't be that bad. br>br>Because this bench was shipped from Mississippi, I assume it was purchased, used, and returned by another customer. Titan most likely inspects the items, determines there are no structural flaws, and then ships them to another customer in the hopes that they will simply accept the product. I'd probably accept if the Rogue cost $150 more, but for only $50 more, I'm not willing to compromise; I'm going to buy the Rogue. br>br>As an aside, the Titan Fitness battle rope looks fantastic! I'll buy from Titan again and give them another chance; the bench I got might have been an isolated incident, and it was just my luck to get a bad one.
My wife and I assembled the bench in less than 30 minutes after receiving it. There was no damage in the shipment because it was well packed. Exceptionally strong and durable. Some people complain about scratches and rust, but this is for my garage gym, so the equipment will be abused. This bench is for you if you work out hard and heavy, and it's a good deal!.
This bench is one of my favorites. Perfect height, perfect width, and a weight rating that no ordinary human being will ever approach. Unfortunately, because I am a superior human being, this bench broke in half and rendered me paralyzed when I attempted to bench press 2000 pounds on it. That was a blatantly false statement. At 2000 pounds, the bench held up well. That was yet another fabrication. However, under 1000 pounds, the bench is completely stable. For the sake of being genuine and accurate. The wheels are my only (very minor) criticism of this bench. The steep angle at which you must raise it in order for the wheels to freely move is most likely 45° or greater. If you lower the angle below 45 degrees, the feet will catch on the ground and the roller will stop rolling. In comparison to other wheeled benches I've used before, it's a little awkward and takes some getting used to. In my opinion, it is not worth deducting a star. This bench is available for purchase.
