Due to incorrect reading of the manual, the previous reviewer was not able to provide an accurate review. There is a clear indication in the manual that the bench can carry up to 661 pounds. I use barbell weights for strength training A 7 pound weight loss. Unless you'd like to be the next Arnold Schwarzenegger, I don't anticipate lifting 330 pounds of weights unless you're going to keep working until you are in his prime. The front of the manual can be seen in the attachment. I would kindly ask you to read the manual and understand it before dishing out unfair criticism.

The Pelpo bench came as it said, assembled about 90%, just needed to put the leg holders on. I recommend this bench to someone who is looking for a bench that is affordable and of high quality who is doing workouts at home. I highly recommend this bench for bench press and other similar exercises. You can hit all angles including decline. The bench felt sturdy when doing bench press and other similar exercises.

All the parts are already assembled on the bench. All you need to do is unfold it and pin it into place in order to adjust its position. Folding the chair is very easy, and if you have limited space like me, that can be very helpful. Weights of up to 660 pounds can be supported by it. One good thing about it is that it does not emit any unpleasant smells.

For my home gym, I had to return one workout bench that was sitting too high up because of its design. I looked at several different workout benches for a long time and finally found one that fit my needs. I have seen multiple ones like this one, and this one seems to be a little more sturdy and is the right height. They are comparable with the ones I use.

As they are being used, they detach from the body and snap back into place. The issue was a result of my sewing machine mistaking the Velcro piece for a fabric piece. It wasn't an easy task since the Velcro piece was rather Time will reveal whether we are right or wrong.

When folded up, it fits nicely inside my garage and is sturdy enough to work out on. My height and weight are 6'0" and 195 lbs, and this works just fine for me. The bench at this price point has a considerable height compared to others of a similar price. Having the opportunity to adjust the angles of both the seat and bench is great.
