FLYBIRD Adjustable Bench,Utility Weight Bench for Full Body Workout- Multi-Purpose Foldable incline/decline Bench

  I must confess that I am a slacker who does not have time to go to the gym. For me, this bench is an excellent piece of equipment. I can exercise at home whenever I want, and the size is ideal for me: it's easy to fold and spread, and it doesn't take up a lot of space. Excellent quality! The bench's surface is comfortable, and it doesn't slip when you sit on it to exercise; however, it does have a slight odor, which I believe will fade after a few days. It makes no difference because the equipment is brand new. It appeals to me because it can be adjusted to any altitude. I'm hoping that seeing this bench will remind me to exercise; when I see it, I'll remember that I need to move, which takes less time and money than going to the gym. I'll tell my friends about it if they want to exercise as much as I do but can't find the time.

The footholds are non-functional due to their poor design and placement. it is useful The footholds are far too small to accommodate a person of average height and weight. They're also so close to the structural beams of the bench that there's no way to anchor one's feet while exercising. I'm disappointed, and I'd like a replacement bench that's better designed and constructed. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> Dena, a Flybird customer service representative, was extremely accommodating and responsive. br>Dena took into account my initial concerns about the poorly designed and equally poorly placed footholds on the company's first bench. br>Within a few days, Dena had sent me a replacement bench that was much more sturdy and well-designed than the original. br>I was both impressed and satisfied with Dena's level of customer service, as well as the complimentary replacement bench provided by Flybird.

This item can be folded up. Only one part (padded foot hold) needed to be attached when it arrived. I've tried it and it's fine; I'm not sure why people are upset about the size. It suits me because I'm 6'1". It's something I'd buy again if the opportunity arose.

These were extremely pleasant and relaxing. They arrived half-assembled, which saved me a lot of time. Benching takes about 30 minutes on average. Just screwing the pieces together took 45 minutes. The materials have a great feel to them and have increased my ability to work out! These chairs also got bonus points for their ease of adjustment! Can't be more convenient, so I recommend these over their competitors; they're much better overall and a great value!br>br>Bottom Line:br>5 stars out of 5br>br>Pros:

  It is no longer necessary to visit the gym. You can work out at home whenever you want, and it's very easy to fold and store. I'm really impressed after sitting on the bench; it makes me feel safe and stable when I use it, and it's also very comfortable.

It can incline and decline to the most comfortable angle for you. I needed an adjustable bench but didn't have anywhere to put it, so I put it in my bedroom, and it worked perfectly. It has a lot of power. It is secure and does not sway during exercise, and the cushion is long and comfortable enough for me. When I sit on this bench, the leg holder bar is dependable. It's possible to get rid of it with a few clicks. The leg of the bench is covered in plastic so it won't scratch my floor no matter how I move it. This is fantastic. I use it to exercise every day and am happy with my purchase.

I'm not sure if the reader can see the photos, but the bench arrived well packaged and fully assembled, making it simple to put together, but as the photos show, it's not without flaws. The incline settings on the bench were missing one of the adjustment brackets. Not only that, but the backrest was drilled at an angle, causing it to lean to the left slightly. It's also worth noting that, despite the design's suitability for small spaces and people, the backrest's height is, I believe, 28 inches. I am 6'2" tall with a long torso, so it was about 5 inches too short for my head to fit on it. Nice-looking bench, but poor quality control when I bought it. I hope this lengthy review has been of assistance to you.

The bench is sturdy and exactly what I was looking for. It comes with a fun exercise chart to try, and it's simple to adjust to my needs. I bought the bench because I needed something that folded up and could be stored easily.
