Questions & Answers
The bench doesn't require a lot of space and is ideal for bench exercises. You can make it even smaller by collapsing it. For small spaces, I believe it is a good option.
They're fine; they're not particularly tight, but the bench is of excellent quality and simple to assemble, so the lack of tightness didn't bother me.
13 inches in length
I'm not sure, but when I contacted the seller, they seemed very eager to help me resolve the issue.

quality is excellent. We're slowly putting together a home gym, and this was one piece of equipment that we couldn't do without. I was concerned about the weight bench's durability because I also use one for steps, but it seems to be fine, and I like that the incline of the bench can be adjusted to a variety of different angles to suit everyone's individual needs or workout routines. This isn't one of the most expensive benches on the market, but the quality is exceptional for the price, and assembly isn't difficult if you follow the instructions carefully. I recommend that you put the screws in place, but leave them loose and not tighten them right away, because otherwise some of the pieces may become misaligned. Return to tighten everything up after all the screws have been loosely installed. It took me about an hour to assemble everything on my own. I would strongly advise anyone looking to expand their home gym to purchase this!.
I've looked at a few benches in the last few weeks, and while they all have their advantages and disadvantages, this one appears to be the best "bang for the buck" in terms of versatility and strength. It adjusts easily, was simple to put together (6 screws and a pin), and provided excellent cushioning. It came with some extras that some of the more expensive benches lacked, and one feature I particularly liked was the support for the back of the knees, which most people overlook, so it gets a well-deserved 5 stars in terms of VALUE PERFORMANCE QUALITY.
For the price, this item has the potential to be a four or five star item, but I can't give it more than three stars. br>br>You won't be able to get your legs or foot under the first set of pegs. Even after the foam has been removed. I'm not sure how the company responsible for this could ever look at the design and say, "Yup, this looks functional. " br>br>As well, the cords that come with it are a joke. I'm not concerned because I won't be using them. It was stated in other reviews, but that is not why I purchased this. However, if you include something with your product, you can expect it to be reviewed as well. Putting those two issues aside, it's simple to put together, sturdy, and would be the perfect size if I could properly hook my legs or feet. I'm 5'11" tall.
It was a big challenge to get it out of the skinny, very tight box; it seemed to be tightly wedged in! br>First and foremost, I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to you for taking the time to read THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR IS THAT IT IS WOBBLY! I don't understand why everyone gives it five stars because it's so stable! I'd be afraid of falling over! Tall men said it was good and stable in their reviews! That is something I am completely perplexed by. It would be more comfortable to lie on my carpeted floor, and since the floor does not wobble, I would not fall. I don't want to lose my balance! I'm also going to get hurt! br>It would be a difficult task to disassemble it and return it in that small box. The resistance band hooks on the bottom of the foot (I can get better ones) and the pads under your knees and ankles appear to be the best features! It's a good distance above ground level. I attempted to use it, but the second day as I attempted to use it, it wobbled even more. If I can get it back into the box by myself, I might return it! I'm terrified of falling over and getting hurt. Even if I kneel on it, it wobbles! without the use of weights My height is 5' 7" and my weight is only 140 pounds. With a heavy man, it was bound to wobble! In addition, the padding is almost non-existent. existent! However, I could purchase a seat cushion. I was so excited to get it after reading the fantastic reviews, but I think I'll have to return it. IT CAN'T BE STOOD ON IT'S OWN! That's a huge gamble! It's something I'm afraid to use.
This is a fantastic home gym bench for the money. It is, however, a little wobbly. I also discovered that when the setting for military shoulder lifts is set to the highest level, the top notch does not catch quite right. When you put your weight on the bench at this setting, there is about an 1/8" drop, which can be a little intimidating when you're lifting a lot of weight. Finally, I'm not sure what the purpose of these teeny-tiny string attachments is. My six-year-old enjoys playing with them and pretending to do curls. This is the most effective application I've discovered: They only have about a 3-foot reach, so an adult can't do curls with them, and they can't handle much pull. As far as I can tell, they're mostly there for decoration. Overall, the bench hasn't let me down, and it's a nice-looking bench for the price. I give it a 4 out of 5 rating.
It's small and portable, and it can be kept almost anywhere. Simple to work with.
The bench does exactly what I need it to do, and for that I give it five stars. One was lost due to the flimsy and completely ineffective bands that came with it. Made on a shoestring budget, they almost always fail. The small hooks at the bottom of the bench make it possible to use bands with it. Make sure the clasp is strong and won't break like these cheap, almost aluminum-feeling ones.
I find it extremely useful in my workouts.
