Remove yourself from the situation. See the video for more information.   The fabric wrapped around the two sections of the bench had already begun to come loose on the third day of use. Here's a video of my husband demonstrating what happened to the bench's seat just 2 minutes ago. I thought I heard his weights and him hitting the tile, and it turned out I was correct, except I discovered it was because the seat had snapped right under him. If a bench isn't strong enough to support a 170lb man lifting weights, it shouldn't be sold. I'm just thankful he wasn't hurt badly. Save your money by staying away from this bench.

This bench is well-padded and sturdy. It's light enough to move around my gym with ease while performing various exercises and to store out of the way when not in use. Using a protractor app to take some quick measurements; The bench angles are 20 degrees, 35 degrees, 45 degrees, 60 degrees, and 80 degrees, to give or take a few.

Straight to the point: br>I'm close to 300 poundsbr>Everything I do is on an inclinebr>With dumbells, I'm 400 poundsbr>I'm confident laying back and there's no wobble, plus no assembly. It's not the type of bench you'd find in a gym, but I'm at home and this bench serves me well. It arrived quickly and at a reasonable price. I'd suggest using it to get some exercise.

I'm a fitness professional who works with individuals to help them achieve their goals. (NASM, SFS, FNS) I specialize in senior fitness and most of my clients are trained in the comfort of their own homes. Small dumbbells, elastic bands and tubes, and ankle and wrist weights are some of the tools I use. I've always wanted to be able to use an exercise bench with my clients, but they're always bulky, heavy, and difficult to transport. During my search, I came across the Gymenist bench, which I thought would be ideal for my needs. Unfortunately, Amazon had run out of stock, and they didn't know when, if ever, it would be available again. So I added it to my wish list and went back to working with my clients in a simple dining chair. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bench was back in stock a month or so ago, and I promptly placed an order for one. And it was ideal: strong, light, and compact enough to fit into my trusty Toyota Corolla. There was even a handle on it! Now I understand why they're so difficult to come by. Get yours as soon as possible!.

2. This item is delivered fully assembled. It can be folded down to a very small size. br>3. It appears to have more angles for adjusting the back, which is a significant benefit.
4. This supports my football player build without swaying or creaking, even though I'm 300 pounds. br>br>Forget about the rest of the weight benches. The price is excellent, it's ideal for small apartments (I live in one), and it can be positioned in a variety of ways.

These benches should be able to withstand a lot of abuse, right? However, after only a few weeks of light use at home, many parts of this bench began to fall apart: first, dents appeared on the seat after it was folded and then unfolded for the first time! The stitching on the sides was stapled in cheaply and began to fall out. One of the leg's pieces had come loose. This bench was not overly used, but it was poorly constructed.

1 (refurbished), but it arrived with missing parts, which was a problem. That's when fate intervened, and this bench appeared in my Amazon search results. Advantages: br>br> br>Lightweight and portablebr>Maximum weight capacity of 500 poundsbr>No assembly requiredbr>Folds for easy storagebr>Has 6 positions for the upper portion, but the seat is also adjustable. br>The pad is of a good firmness. br>It adjusts with locking pins, which is both a pro and a con, but it serves as an extra safety mechanism because I have a toddler. br>Smaller than other benches but still long enoughbr>Pricebr>br>Cons: br>Has a mild wobble when using very heavy weightsbr>The locking pin is inconvenient to remove and replace after adjusting the bench, as opposed to notches on other benches. br>It does not appear to have split, but it is sewed very loosely. br>br>Overall, I am very pleased with it and am glad I chose it over the other benches.

The pillow is great as a neck support, the adjustable seat angle is a plus, and the foam rollers to hold one's feet down are great for declines and sit ups (also adjustable and it moves out of the way). It's fairly light and, if necessary, easy to move around. The only issue is the distance between the upper and lower seats; it isn't a problem for lifting, but it is quite uncomfortable for sit-ups. I came up with the idea of filling the space with a round piece of foam. On the other hand, I also slid the support pillow down to fill the empty space, which worked out well. This one seemed to fit my needs after a relatively extensive amount of online research. Overall, I thought this one had the most for the best price, so I gave it a 4 out of 5. The only design flaw was the seat gap, which was easily solved with a little ingenuity. Although I am 5'6", I believe it would work well for people of all heights. br>br>I've had it for a few weeks, and I lift four times per week. The more I use it, the more I appreciate its versatility.
