They are about 6 pounds each. 6 oz. They're so light that my son compares them to wearing a thick sock!

Is it necessary for me to use size 10? If I'm a size 9, I'd give it a 5 out of 10. 5 ?

This item fits true to size; I normally wear a size 10 and ordered a size 10. If you want to be safe, order a size 10 because it fits me perfectly. But that was not a problem for me. I've placed an order for two pairs. The proportions were just right.

Spikes for sprinting over short distances that are the best

By far the best sprinting spikes on the market! The shape is made for the fast sprinter, so it's better than Nike.

I bought this shoe for my son's track and field season

This shoe was purchased for my son's track and field (sprint/relay, long jump) season. After 10 minutes on the school track, nearly all of the spikes were worn out. The way it's priced is a huge letdown. The size is on the small side.
