It's more like a never-ending string/rubber band; I pull on it, and it tightens, leaving a loop. Instead of tucking or letting the loop hang loose, I tie it.

Have you ever had a pair of pants that isn't too big or too small, but just doesn't seem to fit right? That's all I have to say about it. They're cozy, but something isn't quite right about them. It's as if the model from which they were made was so dissimilar to me that the pants simply don't fit. They're both loose and tight around the waist, and they expose my butt while remaining baggy. It's perplexing, but they're tough and suitable for hiking.
I wear these pants for shopping, walking, hiking, paddling, and exercising because they are extremely comfortable. br>I like that there are front pockets where I can put my phone, wallet, and keys. I've had two pairs for a long time and am thrilled that I was able to find identical ones on Amazon. I only wish they came in petite or short sizes. I'm 5'3'' tall with a 7' leg length. To tighten the pant legs, there are elastic pull strings at the end. However, I would have preferred a shorter length.
I'm 5' 8" and weigh 125 pounds, so the Small is perfect for me. The length is exactly what I was looking for: They're long enough to reach my knees. The fabric is lightweight and high-quality, making it ideal for summer. These pants are so cheap, I can't believe they're only $16. They're priced at $95 per pair because they're better than many other brands that cost much more and don't have the same fit and quality.
They're a little loose, which is great if you're constantly moving and bending down!.
It's extremely comfortable! Nice thin pants that aren't see-through but still feel sturdy. Legs were not as long as I had hoped. Even in length, I was 5'3" and weighed 150 pounds, so a large was ideal. It has a nice loose fit, which is exactly what I was looking for. And, unlike many track pants, they don't make a lot of noise when you walk.
The waistband, on the other hand, is a little too tight. However, these pants are incredibly comfortable in general.
I'm not sure if it's protecting my skin because it doesn't say it's UPf 50 on the tag or on the fabric.
As stated previously.
