Cotton isn't one of them. I'm not sure what kind of fabric it is. Leggings, on the other hand, are excellent.

They're comfortable, soft, and have pockets big enough to hold my phone. I didn't want to carry my purse when I went Christmas shopping. I told my friends and family about it because my phone fit in one pocket on one side and my wallet in the other. It's also perfect for sleeping in or layering under a dress, tunic, or pant.

I've had a lot of bad experiences with Amazon leggings, but this was not one of them. The sheerness of previous leggings has always been my biggest complaint. Almost all of them could be seen through. These were successful in passing the test, and they were also well-fitting.
