Are these suitable for high-intensity exercises such as squats and running?

I use these to run and work out my lower and upper body. I have no problems with squats or anything like that.

Is it true that they shrink after they've been washed?

There is no sign of shrinkage. The fabric is thin, but after washing, it retains its shape. They are true to size and fit perfectly. They also feel great.

Would you be able to wear these sweatpants to work in a professional setting?

I work in a "dress for the day" environment, which means that when we don't have meetings or events, we can dress casually. I've worn them with flats and heels and they're both great. I either leave my blouse untucked or tuck in the drawstrings and slightly tuck my blouse to cover the waistband.

Hibelle Women's Cotton Sweatpants Lightweight Running Joggers (Black)br>br>These are more of a jogger or lounging pants than sweatpants in my opinion. These aren't fleece lined, which is something I look for in sweatpants. That was fine with me, but I thought I'd mention it. br>br>These are made from a medium-density polyethylene (Medium Density Polyethylene). Fabric with a light weight (leaning toward light). They aren't quite as thin as they appear. It's made of a cotton-spandex mix. Although the fabric isn't particularly soft, they are extremely comfortable. With the exception of the coldest and hottest days of the year, I can wear this fabric all year. The pants are well-made, and the seams are well-knit. When I first put these on, I noticed that the legs were a little more flared than I expected. They have deep pockets, which I like because I can keep things in them. br>br>For the size I usually wear, these pants are a little tight on me. I couldn't wear them because they were too short. Because I have long legs, this isn't unusual for me. Because there was no inseam measurement, I knew I was taking a chance. They appeared to be a little on the small side. Fortunately, there is someone else in the house who can wear these pants. That's a good thing because they're adorable and well-made.

They're also a little higher on the leg. They're soft and comfortable, and they're a good fit. The fact that these have pockets is fantastic. They are pleasant to be around. However, I despise the taper and the fact that they are so high, so these will be turned into shorts.
