The arms are a little long, but it does not bother me. I ordered a Large size. There is no see-through to this fabric. It is made from 100% Polyester. Clothes that cling to my body are not something I like, so this shirt will look great on me. We will be purchasing more in the future!.
This is a comfortable fabric with beautiful color and a lightweight feel. The description said they were small, so I ordered a medium (I usually wear a small in shirts), but a small probably would have worked just as well. It is a bit baggy and has plenty of room all around the medium, which is not too big for me. I think it's probably the best fit for hiking in hot weather, because it's not too tight and clingy, but it doesn't look fitted at all. There are ridiculously long arms, however. Grabbing my hands by the ends, I can see that the sleeves cover almost all of my hands, leaving just my fingertips exposed. As a result, the wrists are also quite baggy and the fabric is relatively slippery, so you can't simply push the sleeves up and have them stay there. If you want to use your hands, you have to push the sleeves all the way up to your elbows.
I strongly advise you not to buy this! The fabric is stained and snagged from wearing it once. It's a good thing I went up a size to have loose comfort. The shirt did have a small stain, but since I bought it for gardening, I had no problem with it. The fact that it's not too stretchy/clingy is a plus for me.
My white shirt was very nice after the first time I wore it, however the collar is completely stained a dingy yellow after only wearing it twice. It has a blueish tint to it. As well as stained spots on the front, there are also stains on the back. After washing but not drying, I sprayed everything to get rid of the fuzz. Despite our efforts, neither the discoloration nor the stains were removed. Buying from you again would not be a good idea. It seemed that all the washing caused it to stain even though I never spilled anything on it.
