As far as my feet are concerned, I don't wear anything binding on the ball and toes. As for the shoe size, I ordered a large for someone who wears a size 7 women's shoe. After a long day, my feet were sore from my shoes not being long enough, and they pulled on my toes. Donated them to someone without foot issues. Would have received an X Large if I hadn't gotten a XL.
The size of the shoe I wear is a ladies 8. Small was the best size for me since my feet are extremely thin. If I were you, I would think a medium could be helpful
Despite its arch support, this product does not come with any support. Our suggestion is to look at the Experia Energy Low Cut here on Amazon if you want genuine compression.
