I'm 6'1" tall and a 32-inch waist. For me, the medium is a good fit.
No, not at all. Get a wristband with pockets for keys and sweatbands. You can walk while holding your phone, but there's a slim chance you'll be pain-free after that. 😏

Mine are, indeed, made in China. The next production run can be produced anywhere in the world, depending on the manufacturer and various supply chain scenarios.

I bought four different brands of running shorts to see which one I preferred: Loozykit, Arsuxeo, Lixada, and TCA. I discovered the following: The inner liner is way too loose. br>br>Loozykitbr> They are, however, very relaxing. The pockets are what make these shorts so appealing. Two large generous front pockets, a decent sized back zipper pocket, and a phone pocket in the leg Every day, I go for a six-mile walk, and the phone fits perfectly in the leg pocket. It would, however, be ineffective for a race. The phone is bouncing around and is most likely going to be thrown away. However, the front pockets are large enough to hold a phone and could be useful for a run if you wanted to keep your phone with you. I'll probably buy more of these, but the liner isn't as tight as it is on the other three shorts. br>br>Arsuxeobr>Arsuxeo has a better inner liner and outer shell than the Lixda. In addition, there are two large pockets on the inside that can easily accommodate an iPhone. This is the perfect combination of phone pockets and a snug lighter pocket. I'm sure I'll be getting more of these in the future. br>br>Lixadabr>Excellent inner lining. The outer fabric, on the other hand, was noisier than most, and there was only one pocket, which was far too small for a large iPhone. I'm not going to buy any more of these. br>br>TCAbr>They looked great, but they were a fraction of the size of the other three brands. It was impossible for me to put them on! I gave them to a friend who was younger. I'm not going to buy any more of these.

I'm a woman looking for longer running shorts with pockets that can be used. I find women's 2 in 1 running shorts to be too short, and most of them lack pockets large enough to hold my phone. These sit about an inch above my knees, have a zippered pocket on each side large enough for my phone, and, most importantly, don't ride up while running. I have everything I require.
It's extremely relaxing. This is a brand that I will definitely purchase again. I wear a medium because my waist size is 31/32.
After reading Anthony R. 's detailed review, I decided to purchase the book. These shorts were my choice, Crain. Like most people looking for a two-bedroom apartment, I'm in the market for a two-bedroom apartment The key feature we're looking for is most likely compression of one. When I first put them on, they felt great, but I think the compression around my knees gave me the impression that they were completely compressed. I noticed that the crotch area was dangling a little too low, almost to the same level as the shell. The crotchable area should be much higher to ensure snugness where it is most desired for true compression. This low-hanging crotchy area became more apparent as I ran. Under my shorts, I felt like I was wearing a pair of boxers with cuffs at the end rather than compression shorts. I'll probably ditch the compression shorts and stick with the shell, or use these at the gym when I'm not running. At this point, I'm just going to buy compression shorts and cut the brief out of any running shorts I can find. Now it's time to sort through all of the knockoff compression shorts on the market.
Even after reading positive reviews, I was hesitant to order more than one pair, so I only ordered one. I ordered another pair after wearing them twice to the gym. I only came up with the idea to write this review because I'm on my third and fourth pair of shoes. These shorts are perfect for me because I have a big butt and thick thighs, and most men's shorts don't fit me well because they aren't designed for guys with bigger butts and legs. The compression liner is tight but comfortable, and it does not loosen or ride up during exercise. For my thicker-legged gentlemen out there, this is a must-have!.
I'm always on the lookout for super-comfy gym clothes, and I try to make going to the gym as simple as possible. Lululemon's men's yoga shorts or men's running shorts were my usual choices. I really liked them, but a friend of mine chastised me for spending $75 on "shorts," which I agree is a little excessive. So, after much searching, I came across these. So, whatever high expectations I had for these, they were exceeded. I was pleasantly surprised to discover a number of small details on the shorts, including neat detailing and reflective fabric on the sides. After washing and drying these shorts, I knew I had to order more because they were so comfortable. As a result, the material is a mix of fabrics that are both breathable and light. The pockets have good zippers that are soft on the inside and appear to be very sturdy. The shorts underneath are the perfect length; I prefer the length of these shorts to the shorts I previously wore.
