I bought it because it had a phone pocket, and I was tired of having my music source slapped in my face while running. I figured they put some thought into it because the description says it has a pocket specifically for your phone. However, this was not the case; The pocket is in the mesh liner, so it's completely exposed (during my first run in them, the phone fell out of the pocket). still in my wallet - popped out from under the shorts' bottoms and). Furthermore, the pocket is situated low enough on the leg to swing freely like any other pocket on any other pair of shorts. All they have to do is put a real pocket in there that's roughly the same size as a phone. sculpted in the area of the hips What's the big deal about it being so difficult?.
I wore them to a store that sold a variety of high-end brands after I got them. To compare these UA shorts to Rhône, lululemon, and Vuori shorts, I tried on Rhône, lululemon, and Vuori shorts. br>br>I was astounded by how much better these UA shorts were during the comparison. This was a complete surprise. The "premium" shorts felt like a thick, heavy tarp, whereas the UA shorts are so light, airy, and stretchy that I almost felt naked (which is exactly how I like it). The liner is fantastic, but it's a matter of personal preference. I don't feel exposed or as if the lining brief would allow my substantial manhood to fall out. My UA shorts were also a quarter of the cost of the premium shorts. It's a foregone conclusion. Also, I play tennis, and these shorts comfortably fit three tennis balls in one pocket, as well as an iPhone X and its medium-duty case in the phone slot. br>br>I suppose the only criticism I have is that the coho color is slightly more pink in person than the photo suggests; otherwise, these are an excellent purchase that clearly outperform their class!.
I had no idea these had a liner until now. This is the first time I've worn actual running shorts. After my first workout, I removed the liner. I couldn't go anywhere without my compression shorts because the liner was too tight. When working out, they have a tendency to ride up, revealing boxer briefs or compression shorts at the gym. It's ideal for running, but not for exercising. Overall, these are excellent running shorts. Currently, I own two pairs.
I had another pair of Under Armor shorts that I liked to run in. These appeared to be very similar based on the description and pictures. It turns out that these are a couple of inches longer than the previous model, which is no longer available. These reach the tops of my knees, and I'm 5'8" tall. When I'm running, I don't like how they feel on my knees. Aside from that, they're fine; they're light, have two side pockets, and a good mesh liner. The phone pocket does not work for me because my phone bounces around and does not stay in place while I am running.
Pros: It has a tapered/slim fit that makes it appear modern while still feeling roomy and loose. The material has just the right amount of stretch. It falls between the mid-thigh and the lower-thigh. A nice touch is the "cell phone" pocket inside the right hip pocket (basically a pocket within a pocket with an elastic top edge that keeps a phone from falling out if you're running, upside down, or whatever). br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product. The white version gets filthy quickly (stains have yet to be removed; regret purchasing the white ones). So far, the black-on-black rendition has been fantastic.
These aren't my favorite running shorts because the liner isn't comfortable for me. I prefer the Everlast, adidas, Nike, New Balance, and Starter to these.
It is very comfortable and can be adjusted to fit the legs. Great balance of width and narrowness. This fabric is of excellent quality and is new.
I received a pair of shorts that were not the same as the ones pictured in the listing photos. They were a lot longer and went all the way up to my knees. I would never advise anyone to buy these.
