With illustrations and instructions, it is easy to follow. You must own a Scott Pilates Stability chair if you want to use this product.

Be sure to read all cautions and warnings that are given While the instructions are very thorough and helpful, some of the exercises will not be appropriate for use with the stability chair

Several of the exercises should not be done without a "spotter," so that the author(s) caution the reader not to do them without assistance. Certain exercises are not possible on the Stability Chair due to its lack of stability.

Decent book, but did not provide me with the information I expected it to. You can buy other manuals that are much cheaper that contain the same information for less. You'd already know all these exercises if you're a practitioner, so there aren't many different exercises.
