SierraComfort Sierra Comfort Low-Level Portable Massage Table (Black), SC-1004

In order to do physical therapy exercises for my back and knees, I purchased this table. As I lie on the floor, I find it difficult to get myself up. It had been entertaining the idea of getting an actual PT table, but the cost and delivery charges prevented me from doing so. A sturdy enough machine for me to exercise on and at the perfect height for me to do so. My exercises are done on a sturdy platform and I feel stable in it.

The table met my expectations and was even better than I could have imagined. The installation was simple and the quality was outstanding. Rather than exercising on the floor, I am looking forward to using this table. At first glance, it seems solid. It is a bit cumbersome for me to remove the box because I am 80 years old The year is A single, older woman lived alone and she managed to lift the cot into an upright position without too much trouble. I am referring to the latter in this instance. The fact that it is low and firm is what I like (stretches and bodywork) - even though it serves my purpose still. This does not justify the cheap quality of materials, both in the table and case and in the metal security poles, nor does it justify the cheap labor to put it together.
I have a friend who bought a $100 table at Costco and has used it for over a decade without wearing it out.

The price initially saw it for over $200 but then dropped to $177, snatching it up and bringing it home! The device comes with a handy case and can be folded up for easy Getting my 130 lb dog to understand that it's not for him is my only problem.
