It's the right size for my balanced body reformer. Because my answer isn't a 2, I'm stumped.

Is this something that can be done on a Stott Pilates Reformer?

It will fit, of course.

Is it self-contained or does it require the use of a pilates machine?

We use it exclusively for back extensions, spine stretches, and abdominal work when we don't have access to a Pilates machine.

Is there a DVD included with it?

This is not the case.

It is a good deal

Due to covid restrictions at the studio, I purchased this spine corrector. It reminds me of the studio's well-balanced body correctors. The size, shape, and texture of the foam are indistinguishable to me. I'm pleased with the results of my home workouts. The only issue I have is that the corrector squeaks when I sit on it and shift my weight. With use, the squeaks appear to be lessening.

Fits over the shoulder rests on the reformer

In my studio, I use Balanced Body, and I discovered this on Amazon for a much lower price. I don't mind if it's a little squeaky. It's a great fit for a Balanced Body reformer.
