I was skeptical of ordering a product from a seller who had no reviews

The product was a good bargain for half the price. This is a rip off of the original Balanced Body arc, which I suspected. It is very light, so it can be moved around very easily, and the arc itself is very firm to support the back. We were excited to find out that this product is the same quality as the original pilates arc from Balanced Body, for half the price. The purchase as a whole has been quite satisfactory for me. Edited to add Its price went up to nearly 120 dollars after the price of the product went up. Still, I am happy with the product. It cost around 70 dollars when I ordered it in 2019. I. e. , the price of the original. It's $150. Off) It is not a great price for something that is a knockoff, so I am not certain if 120 dollars is a reasonable amount.

Your back gets a good stretch with this stretch

The seat attachment is a great way to keep your lower spine aligned to the curve of the spine and safely stretch the spine. Suitable for all types of postures, this is a great way to correct poor posture. It would be nice if the mattress had a bit more cushioning, but a bath towel is plenty.

It is a very good product, but there should be some guidance when using! This spine corrector is great and I use it on a regular basis to work on adding extension to my thoracic spine as well as Since I have been working on it for several weeks, my mobility has significantly improved as well as my posture

It is HUGE for someone like me who is 5'7! In my low back, I almost ruptured a disk when I used it for the first time. It's very dangerous to use if you are buying a too small bottle.
