There is not as much resistance as expected from the bands, but they are flexible. Despite including a travel bag, it is a convenient tool for an easy routine at home and is also very easy to transport. Aside from that, it seems quite long. Though I cannot specifically vouch for this, I believe that the effects will last. In conclusion, if you are planning to build your own home gym, or even if you just want to set up an exercise program at home, this is a must-have product.
My husband has used my old ones so far, and we've bought a second set so he can use my old ones too. As opposed to rubber bands, these do not roll up like those. It makes me feel like I can do a lot more with them because they are stretchy. I LOVE using them for around my hips and for my calves. The colors are really cheerful, I like how each size/weight has a different color.
It is not often enough that I would expect one of these bands to break, but I do use them for a couple of minutes a week. There is a seam that appears to have burst. In such a piece meant to provide resistance, it is surprising that it would break so readily. Not surprisingly, I am not particularly strong There seems to be a problem with these.
Bands like this are great, to the exception that they're a little snug. There are so many obstacles in my way that I can only make very small steps. However, I enjoy wearing these during my workout, especially since they stay in place during the exercise. Other bands do not pinch my skin the way they do with this band. In addition to the color variety, there are a lot of other things I like. When working out, whether at home or in the gym, who doesn't want to look cut and sharp? I love the size of the bands and how they don't move during my workouts. It is great to have three sizes to choose from, because the tightness varies. It would be great to have them!.
I like how well these are made and how good they are. As they walked up to me, I was a little confused. As someone who has used similar bands at the gym, I was expecting the different colors and different stretchy material to result in slightly looser fitting This includes creativity. Although they feel they do, they aren't actually doing it. There are not all the same lengths, so some can be more difficult than others to stretch. I find all of them to be tighter than what I have used previously. It's not what I expected, but it works. It doesn't hurt my legs and doesn't move as much as I predicted.
The bands in this category are a great choice for beginners and seasoned veterans alike. The materials used in them are of high quality and simple to use. Being someone recovering from an injury that caused me to become away from workouts, these are a good way to get back into them. It doesn't require heavy or pricey equipment taking up space in your home or draining your wallet since these bands can be used on many parts of the body.
Several different brands have now been tried and tested by me. Friends and family of mine are all really into them due to the lack of gyms, and the need to stay indoors for the Corona. serve as good tactile cues during squats to aid with form. Only one thing about this set that I didn't like was the plastic smell in the packaging.
My experience with them has been great, and I can't complain about the price. While they don't stay in place all of the time, it hasn't prevented us from getting the job done. My main purpose for the books is to use them for physical therapy for my IT band, but I've also used them for workouts.
