Questions & Answers
They are available in three sizes, if I understand correctly. It was the perfect fit for me in a 'large'. The height and weight of my body are 6' 1" and 180 pounds, respectively.
Investing in a torso that is the right length, weight, and height is essential. As an example, I am 5'5" and 130, but I use a medium a lot because I have long limbs. Most people should size down if they are lightweight to get the best support and squish. Clients with larger sizes tell me they feel more comfortable in a medium than small. For example, a 5'10" lanky client who is 160 uses a medium, and a 5'2" 165 client prefers Additionally, I also have a man who is 150, 5' 7" tall, wearing a small, and has a thin torso, but a very heavy limb structure.
Simple Green is a product of human efforts, isn't it?
Using the Oov for just two months led to an Oov split. Weight is not an issue for me, as I weigh 180 pounds. It is a one star product and would have been zero if not for one star. This product and the supplier are subpar. Do not buy this product. I use OoV in the studio and have not had any problems.

As one of the first ones I received, I received one that is much stiffer than the one I have now. Foam used in this project is completely different from the foam in the previous project As someone who has undergone multiple back surgeries, I can ill afford to have myself injure in therapy! It is extremely uncomfortable and painful at worst! It's not clear if balanced body changed the materials or if the product is a knockoff, as I had previously reported in review. No matter how you look at it, it's As much as possible, I would rate this ZERO stars.
There is a strong possibility that this item is a counterfeit knockoff.
There is a JP on the side and not an OOV. That's a knock-off, in my opinion. It's much better to buy the real Oov rather than The advertising was deceptive and I wouldn't give it a star, because that's not a choice.
My name is Julie and I'm 27 years old, who works a lot of odd jobs, some of which are physical. I teach yoga and during the last 7 years have heavily indulged in climbing, cycling, and weight lifting as the season moves along. I have had to give up climbing out of concern for my shoulder, cycling is difficult due to a weird type of strain in my right leg, my right hand feels numb from the aggravated shoulder pinching some nerve, and even doing mundane tasks has thrown my back out twice. A short summary of what I need is myofascial support. Oov is a product I was introduced to by a friend, and I felt a huge difference hours after just using it for a couple minutes In just five minutes I was able to regain sensation in my right thumb, which hadn't been feeling properly for weeks. It felt like a sound decision to order a couple of them even though the price point was a bit high for me. After several months of working on the Oov before and after work I feel the deepest internal relief that I have never experienced. My back feels better, my core engages in a way that I don't experience with other methods, and my shoulder feels much more relaxed. Exercise and stretching on it for a few minutes improves my physical health in a way that an hour of yoga could not. Yoga may not be the best, but adding it to my busy schedule has been very beneficial to me. The friend who recommended it said after using it daily that he felt that he had gained strength and that he had passed through to a new level in change we made was the Oov was added to our routines. A ten out of ten recommendation.
It would be great if it were more affordable, so that I could buy one for my granddaughter's small body and one for my husband's larger body as he ages! As far as balance and coordination benefit the core of the body, I think the Oov is great for activating the correct muscles. It is impossible to cheat! As for the support for the natural curve of the spine, it's excellent. Although there is a good Pilates workout in the Pilates Anytime app, and there are a few exercises in the Oov app, I prefer directions and variety, so I would like to see more workouts that use.
In the past, I've used an OOV at our health club, but with the recent pandemic, I decided I'd buy my own to take Zoom courses. It is hard to get on, but I find it really helpful for stretching my back. I prefer to do it at home as it is clumsy to get on.
This OoV is grey in color as opposed to my original blue OoV. Although this is not the real Oov, only assuming it is shouldn't dissuade people from thinking it is. The Oov has changed my life for the better, thanks to Pilates on it. You can take good care of it (don't let your daughter's new puppy chew it up), and keep it out of the sun and water (the grandchildren floated it in a tub).
I really like the Oov and the App that we can use for exercises. The device is intended to help rehab a back injury, although it does seem to cause my back muscles to activate, so I will be very cautious about how I use it.
