There should have been a paper with the online link to the videos and an order slip included. As of now, they do not come on DVD.

Do you know how much weight it can ?

The chair is very sturdy, not sure if there is a weight limit, but it should be able to accommodate someone who weighs over 200 pounds.

No videos or instructions were working, nor was the scannable directions code

In the box it was stated that the QR code would allow It followed suit with the inside paperwork as well. The codes I used were invalid, they told me. I have not yet used the structure, which was built correctly but I have not yet used it for the following reasons The one I want to purchase is online, so I guess I need to search for one.
