'Regular' in its stance, but does not seem to be I was surprised by how thin this pilates flex band was. Very previously used bands that were considered to be medium strength, and I cannot even compare this one. I would say 90-150 minutes should be enough The age group is 12 years old. Save your money and do not waste it.

It's a labor of love for my feet, they work like crazy. I am in agony. They are holding onto my foot, but they are squeezing my arches. It would be recommended.

In the past, I had bought these and they were fine. This time they smelt awful, and I had to return Is there a possibility that the supplier has changed? As a general rule, I would recommend going to a different source if you are chemically sensitive or just bothered by strong chemical odors.

When I purchased it, I was unsure exactly what I was looking for or where to find it. This is part of my rotator cuff exercises. The exercises for the rotator cuff are working well for me. If they are for a rotator cuff, it may be better. In terms of length, it is enough, and the resistance is sufficient (if you need more, simply double it up). I like the fact that this packs flat and is good for travel compared to others Those in the form of tape.

You can really get a lot out of these bands. For those of us who don't have the flexibility that we had before. My legs are used during the day, and especially while watching television to ease the stiffness between my toes. I paid a reasonable price, Amazon of course delivered FAST, and I used them before getting out of bed to ease the stiffness. It seems to be very well made, I do not have any.
