After FedEx delivered the first reformer off to the west coast, instead of my east coast, the seller instantly sent a replacement after realizing FedEx screwed up. The seller was very responsive and provided me with a replacement at no extra charge. You should prepare for the package's weight prior to its delivery since it weighs 300 pounds or more. Prior to the arrival of the vendor, you must choose a location where final assembly will occur. I got it in less than 1 hour from the time it arrived. The assembly will take 5 hours. Keep in mind, however, that it takes two people to do the job. In any case, a well-made studio reformer at a very affordable price.
