This is completely false. Sleep monitoring, heart rate monitoring, and blood oxygen saturation monitoring are all ineffective. Nothing is recorded accurately during sleep. I awoke multiple times on several nights, but the watch did not record it. I even got out of bed three nights and walked to the bathroom or kitchen for a glass of water, but the Mi Smart Band 6 didn't record any wakeups and still counted this as uninterrupted sleep! It also doesn't keep track of when you fall asleep accurately. The band will record light sleep if you read or watch a movie in bed. br>br>I bought this primarily as a heart rate monitor for my Crossfit workouts, but it fails miserably for even basic cardio exercises, much less intense workouts. When using a treadmill, rower, or bike, the Mi Smart Band 6 consistently recorded 80 to 100 BPM BELOW my actual heart rate. Several of the heart rate monitors in the gym (which had recently been professionally calibrated by their manufacturer) allowed me to measure and compare my actual HR. br>br>I really wanted to like the Mi Smart Band 6, but it was a complete waste of money, so I had to return it.

A watch that has been expertly crafted. For the price of $50, this is the best watch you can get. I don't like talking on my phone through my watch, so this is the ideal complement to my phone. The band is well-made and visible in direct sunlight (at higher brightness levels). There are numerous features and customization options, it is comfortable to wear all day, and most activities do not require the use of water. br>br>The band's interface is simple, even if a few menu options scroll inexcessively, making it difficult to see what the current setting is. It's simple to use in general. br>br>I'm going to have to take one star off the app (it could have easily been two). Using Xiamoi Wear is a pain (where do the KG to LB conversions happen?). It appears to be gone). You'll need to use Mi Fit (Huami/Zepp) or another compatible app in the end. Unfortunately, this means you'll have to create yet another account and trust yet another dubious company with your personal information. *sigh
br>I love the sleep tracking features, as well as how pace/BPM is tracked over time, and it seems to work well with my Moto G9 Power for GPS. It can be used to track fitness both indoors and out. One thing to keep in mind is that the app does not support live tracking, which would be extremely useful for indoor activities (or outdoor endurance activities where your phone can be mounted, such as cycling). br>br>Recommended, but with a caveat about the app.

  When I first turned on this Xiaomi M6, I was frustrated because it was written in Chinese, which I didn't understand, but it was actually quite simple once I figured it out. No one explained it to me, and it was a horrible experience. However, a little patience went a long way. I recommend that you take this step if you're having trouble. And you'll see that the device is actually quite good (it does demonstrate a variety of functions with his Xiaomi M6 Band). Please follow these instructions to properly operate this device: br>br>

It appeared to be fantastic. It worked for nearly two months, albeit with some issues. Warning: It is incompatible with Apple's iOS operating system. I've been communicating with customer service and have received a lot of back and forth. They claim that their developers are "working on a solution. " soon. Then they send me an email with complicated reboot and sign-in instructions, which I follow only to find out that it still doesn't sync. I sent an email requesting a refund because this was purchased as part of a health program plan, but it is useless if it does not sync or work. They send me another email reassuring me that their technicians are "working on it" and thanking me for my patience. My patience has finally run out after a series of customer service exchanges. Pity. It has a nice appearance to it.
