It was impossible to tighten the belt on our treadmill to resolve a problem with belt slippage. The new belt along with the included lube fixed the issue and now the treadmill works as good as There's no question that the belt is high quality (probably better than the OEM component)! The seller responded promptly to my unrelated question about the deck I submitted to him and I appreciated his help in resolving the issue. The company is definitely worth doing business with.
