Walmart may have sold me my treadmill, but I have no idea
You should be able to use it as long as it has a round key magnet!
My knowledge of the subject is limited, but it should work. There is a round magnet needed for this. To see what the magnet looks like, I viewed a YouTube video on Proform's Crosswalk 400e. This one looks just like it.

I have the Weslo Cadence G5. My key has been lost because I moved and I was running on the 9 treadmill. Upon searching for weslo key, I found it, but it had a 14 character signature. After doing some more searching, I came across this generic key and I am so happy I looked further because this is the exact same thing as the other key. I absolutely love this device and it fits perfectly. There is enough length on the string. The fabric of the sheet is folded together, so it is short. DO NOT WASTE THE EXTRA MONEY!.
