I installed it yesterday and found it to be a good and reliable The ceiling fan is installed in my room. Having read other reviews, I took a trip to Lowe's and bought my own lag bolts -- they're straight and seem to hold. They would be better and longer than what was It was important to me that all joists were sunk into the ground. The TRX straps that I am using have improved their utility for a variety of exercises. I have used it twice. How can 4 stars be justified? There was some disagreement about how long the lag bolts should have been, and I was concerned enough by the comments from other reviewers to obtain.

Since my choice of these over the $40 ones was based largely on price, I cannot complain Although, I did buy two of these, one of them didn't come with all the washers (no big deal) and the welds could be more nicely done As mentioned in the description, the welds do not appear as good as those in the image - In this case, I couldn't possibly have done a better job on a flat surface. I am hoping that the balance of having two of these swings will be reasonable, since I am using them for a yoga swing. To get that out of the way, at least they seem to be made from quality material and appear to be extremely heavy duty. It turned out that the cross bars are so thick that the carbiners I was using could not open wide enough to be used and I had to switch to petzel carbiners for now (which I don't want to use because they tend As for the paint, it looks good, and I like that it includes both wood and concrete anchor lag screws.

I just don't understand why it came with so many screws. Do not expect your hardware to cover up a 1/2-inch hole in your ceiling unless you want a 1/2-inch hole. According to the weight rating, this product can support 750 pounds. The amount you mentioned is way more than what The average person would only need a 3-pin connector to use this as a trx anchor point This is why the screws are smaller, since 400 pounds is the maximum weight. The screws I used came from an old flat screen tv wall mount and were more suitable. Although this is military grade quality, it's still not cheap.

There is a poor quality in this item. Several areas of the coating have been chipped off and the welds are lax. You can see more details in the pictures. There were no chips of coating in the bag, so this may be a returned product.

My suspension trainer comes with a sturdy mount that I mounted to my gym studs to use with it. The mount is well made and solid once mounted. It was easy for me to install my own 3/8" x 3" lag screws that I bought from a local hardware store. In the end, I didn't use the lag screws that were included due to other reviews reporting they would break As a result, 1 star is deducted because I wasn't sure of the reliability of the fasteners included.

Despite their heavy weight, these are surprisingly sturdy. Upon noticing the plate and bolts, I was surprised at their heft. It is nice to see that the hardware is included for both wood and cement walls. As long as you anchor them properly, you can be 100% sure that they Since I am not a tiny guy, I can easily swing on the anchor with barely any effort. The cherry on top is that these are about 1/3 less expensive.

It was somewhat smaller than I thought it would be for some reason, so I was apprehensive about its durability. Although I was expecting a much more flimsy product, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a much more robust one, and I have no worries that it will disintegrate on me while I'm using it. For the bolts I would have liked to know the size of the socket I would need. The 11/16 socket worked for me. I am not sure whether they are metric or not. That would have saved me time since I did not have a socket attachment big enough to do the job.
