Im 5'6. I'm 180 pounds and have a stomach. The letter "M" is an excellent choice.
I am 5' 6" tall and weigh 157 pounds. I bought a medium pair and they fit perfectly; I'm guessing a large would work as well.
5'9" is my height as well. I'm 160 pounds with a 32" waist and bought every color in a size Medium. It's a good fit for me, and there's enough room for me. Choose the large if you prefer your clothing to be a little looser. I hope you found this information useful.
Linda's advice is something with which I completely disagree. What chance does a 36-inch waist have of fitting into a medium? If this were true, there would be a lot of complaints about this product from 36-inchers who bought mediums; it's at least a large, if not an XL for 36-inchers! It's time to double-check this!

After seeing my neighbor wearing Lulu Lemon Joggers, I was initially interested in purchasing a pair of joggers. They seemed like they'd be a good fit for my active lifestyle. However, I was in possession of stickers. The cost of $128 is shocking. I began looking for other possibilities. After a while, I came across these G Graduals (not the best name, LOL). I'm pleased with the purchase I made. They are a good match. I weigh 167 pounds and stand 6 feet tall. I ordered both a Medium and a Large size. The large was a little too big, with a loose waist. The Mediums were a perfect fit. I believe the Mediums will fit you well if you are under 180 pounds and under 6 feet 1 inches tall. Based on other reviews, I expected these to be a little lighter and thinner. They do, however, weigh quite a bit. The fabric has a lot of give to it. I worked out in them doing "stairs" (not stair machines, but hundreds of building stairs), and the stretch was fantastic. They did get a little hot (I was inside the building), but not too hot. I can see myself wearing these in all four seasons in the Northeast, and they also look great for running errands. Form- Without looking like tights, these are a great fit. They also have a long 'rise,' so, like Lulu Lemon, they have this ABC (Anti-Bacterial Complex). Ball Crushing) is a design concept. The fabric is very soft, smooth, and stretchy, but it has a synthetic feel to it, which is typical of most stretchy jogger-style pants. Pants that are fashionable. I just wanted them to have a more natural appearance. Each of the three pockets has a secure zipper that appears to be of high quality. In comparison to the more expensive alternatives, these joggers offer excellent value.
I'm 6'3", 250 pounds, and have a 36-inch waist, so the XXL is perfect for me! I like the material, and it feels like a good product; it doesn't smell like some of my other sweatpants, and it's versatile enough for any type of workout, including martial arts. I had to go out and buy a few more to finish the set!.
They're very stretchy, which is perfect for some of my poses. It's all about the slimmer fit and tapered legs these days. Zippered pockets are also ideal for when you're out for a run and need to carry a few essentials. I plan to order another color in the near future. When my yoga students saw them, they gave me a lot of compliments.
I was genuinely surprised by the material's and stitching's quality. I recently purchased a pair of Asics running joggers, and these are at least as good, if not better, for half the price; the material is thin as expected, but not too thin or cheap-feeling. It's difficult to find reasonably priced athletic joggers, so I would strongly recommend these.
or more. Whatever makes you happy. I was hesitant to buy clothes on Amazon at first, but after reading a few reviews and the product description, I decided to give it a try. I felt compelled to try it. The type of fabric they used was the first thing I noticed once I slipped these bad boys on. I'm not a big fan of sweatpants, but these are an exception. They really do fit true to size, so if you're not sure which brands to get, just know that this is a good investment.
These were purchased because the weather is changing and I needed a new pair of comfortable pants to wear around the house and when walking the dog. br>br>I was expecting them to be more like sweatpants, but they're not, which is a good thing. They're made of a stretchy nylon that's also soft. These types of pants are frequently too tight, especially in the calf (I have average-sized calves), but these strike the perfect balance of slim fit without being too tight. br>br>I'm 5'9" and weigh around 160 pounds, so I went with the medium. I'm pleased with the fit; a small would be preferable if I were going to wear these "out," but they're still not baggy. The pockets' zippers appear to be well-made. br>br>Overall, I was pleased with my purchase and purchased a second pair in a different color.
It's all in these pants. It's made of a stretchy, breathable material. My phone is kept secure in the zipper pockets. They're slim enough to look good without being overly constricted. I'm 5'6", so they're a little long for me, but that's okay because I can just hike the ankle up a little. I used them for studying, all day in class, and lifting, and they far exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back for more colors, and I'll be keeping an eye on this brand.
These are acceptable. The fit is exactly what you'd expect, and they're extremely comfortable. They're a little too thin, and the pockets aren't deep enough to hold a phone or a wallet.
