The lining is different because it comes in two colors: Grey and brown are the predominant colors.
Perhaps you should stick to your MED. I don't think so. But, if it helps, I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 380 pounds, and my 3x fits perfectly. If they had made it that big, I might have gone four times.
I believe I just placed an order for a shirt size. I advise you to follow my lead.
I just have to put something on if I'm at home or going to the store for a few minutes.

I'm a size XL T-shirt kind of guy. After reading the reviews, I decided to order a 2XL shirt because it fits me snugly and comfortably and keeps my upper body warm during workouts, allowing me to burn more calories. You can easily wash it in the shower and dry it before your workout the next day. br>Just a heads up: sweat will roll down from your vest to your shorts/underwear, making you wet. br>This is a great product, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to buy one. However, as everyone else has said, buy one size larger than you normally wear.
read on. Before I put this bad boy on, I didn't break a sweat. I have no idea why - I'm not a secretion machine; if I work out for two hours, I'll be glistening. The only part of my body that wasn't sweaty was near my collarbone, as you can see in the first photo. br>br>I went on a fairly strenuous hike that I've done several times before, and I usually end up glistening. I'll tell you what happened. I LEFT SOAKING AFTERWARDS EVERYWHERE I SIT. br>br>Do you want to work up a sweat? This will suffice. br>Find the correct size; I'm a 6' 180 pound male who wears a M. I went with the XL and it was a perfect fit. It took some effort to get it off, but once on, it fit perfectly.
The only redeeming quality of this product is that it looks good on you when you put it on and gives you a slimmer appearance, but that's where it ends. The material makes you feel like you're wearing a hybrid of plastic wrap, condoms, and pantyhose. Because it does not breathe, you will become extremely hot and sticky. Underneath it, your sweat is essentially trapped. It's about as far from a dry-fit garment as you can get. It also doesn't move well, so it tends to bunch up in some places while sticking to your body via sweat in others, requiring constant adjustment. It's also not very light, and the fabric is thicker than it should be. It's also difficult to take it off; the only thing that comes to mind is a snake shedding its skin, because the sweat trapped beneath it causes it to stick to your body. To be honest, it felt like I was wearing a heating blanket when I went out to play basketball with it. I can't imagine how bad it would be if you were lifting weights because the constant movement would almost certainly result in the worst bunching. br>br>Instead, I recommend something that is light, cool, and comfortable to wear. On Amazon, there are a plethora of excellent and reasonably priced options for that. Nexus is a brand that makes some really nice shirts and tank tops like this for a reasonable price, and they'll also make you look slimmer. This tank top feels as if you're working out in a cheap suit of armor, and it's just as hot.
This is well-made and does exactly what it's supposed to do. It causes me to break out in a cold sweat. I'm 5' 10", 210 lbs, and have a slight stomach, so I ordered an XXL, which fits loosely and is a little too long on me, but it does the job. I think I should have ordered an XL because it would have been a little tighter and shorter. That, however, was a blunder on my part. The product has a strong odor, but you can let it air out for a few days or just use it as is for now. In terms of functionality, it accomplishes exactly what it was created to do. Hopefully, I'll be able to get rid of the spare tire.
Other people's opinions aided in the decision-making process. Look for someone who has mentioned your size and what they purchased in the past. I'm on the fence between a large - and a small - Shirts are extra large. I wanted it to be a tight fit so that it would be supportive and keep the heat in. I got an XL, and it's a tight fit. It might take a few tries to get used to getting on and off gracefully, but once you do, you'll be fine. I immediately placed an order for a second one so that I could rinse one and air dry it before switching between the two. It works hard to make you sweat while staying out of your way. Consider how a wetsuit would be fitted.
I noticed these ran small, so I ordered an XL, which is still a little snug. Right now, I'm feeling a lot of pressure. In all seriousness, it does the job; at the gym, I was sweating profusely. It was a bit of a struggle to get it off, but nothing so bad that I wouldn't use it again; let's just hope it's long-lasting. br>br>*For comparison, I'm 5'7 (5'8 on a good day) and weigh around 210 pounds. I can get away with a large tee or a medium button-up shirt.
Order a size up from your usual size, as all the reviews suggest. I normally wear an XL, so I decided to give an XXL a try. It was a hassle the first time I put it on. I had no choice but to enlist the assistance of my girlfriend. But don't let that turn you off because after the second day, I tried it on and was able to put it on myself (though it was still a tight fit), and now that it's the third day, I'm able to put it on much more easily. Allow some time for it to settle in. It will initially be very tight, and you may require assistance, but after the third day, it will be a breeze. It has made me sweat in terms of how well it works. I don't use it to exercise; instead, I use it to help me burn "fat" while doing my regular job.
If in doubt, go up two sizes and return or gift the incorrect size; as with other products of this nature, it may be difficult to remove, especially for plus-sized people. This isn't a flaw, but it's appealing to believe it is. br>br>It works, but it's very uncomfortable. It's a fairly thick garment, and I can hear myself wearing it because there's a lot of chafing around the armpit srea, even for one that fits as snugly as mine. br>br>Do not wear at work; there are other items that will suffice. Wearing this for more than 3 hours at a time is not recommended.
