I'm 5'10", 205 lbs, 42" chest, and 35" waist. I have a 5" waist and ordered a Large size, which is tight but not to the point of being uncomfortable for everyday wear or workouts; I was planning on ordering an XL when I reordered another one. A large is defined as a chest measurement of 42 inches in the men's size chart. 36" waist and 44" hips I hope this information is useful.

You should get an xl because my son uses a large Iarge and it is very supportive and the quality is excellent. It is a great buy that you will enjoy.

They're both XXL and beige. These vests are fantastic! I've owned a few vests in my time, and these are by far the best. Let's get this party started - For the most part, I'm 5'11", 187 lbs, and 34" inseam, so I'd say I have a shorter torso than some. I'm 50, so I do have a small stomach, but not to the point where I won't go to the pool. I have a lot of fun riding dirt bikes, which is probably why I don't have a large stomach. br>br>This vest is true compression right out of the box. In t-shirts, I always get a Large. I'm glad I went with this shirt/casual shirt. br>br>Compression, like anything else, has its advantages and disadvantages. Unless your compression game is strong, it'll be a small battle to get it on. Roll it up from the bottom with 3 to 4 inch folds, and it'll be much easier to get it down over your body once it's over your head. I'd never say a compression garment is too difficult to put on because it's difficult to do so. br>br>So far, it's been a perfect fit. There is a noticeable compression. It's also worth noting that the shape has changed. This thing didn't even come close to sucking a millimeter out of my stomach. If you have a gut, don't bother with this. It's completely useless; I'm guessing it's for man boobs or something. I have a 34-inch waist, so I ordered a large according to the sizing chart. When I put it on, my Coke belly protruded just as much as if I hadn't worn anything at all. Don't believe everything you read on the internet. I'm not sure if it has the strength to pull in a TINY amount of flab, love handles, or extra skin after weight loss. It's just too squishy to take in any more.

It takes far too long to put on! Also, it exerts a lot of pressure on the chest and only a little pressure on the abs! So you've got a big beli and a small chest??.
