IN YEARS, THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST INVESTMENT I'VE MADE! When it comes to things like this, I take my time. These machines can be costly, and we're all consumers who rely on other people's opinions to determine whether or not they're worth the hard-earned money we've worked so hard to earn. Paper, or the screen in this case, can hold whatever you write on it. But trust me when I say that this company follows through on its promises. Please bear with me while I explain what I'm talking about. Anything over $50 is something I consider to be worth reviewing after a reasonable amount of time has passed to evaluate it, not as soon as you get it and it looks cool and pretty, or during the 2- to 4-week "Honeymoon" period. You know how you get all pumped up about something, but then it just becomes another piece of furniture in your house taking up space? That period, for sure. Most people cannot afford a $400 emergency, so anything worth $50 or more, in my opinion, warrants the most candid reviews. Once you get into the $100's, I believe it is my responsibility to do my homework and have enough experience with the product to be able to make an informed decision. br>br>I don't usually get excited about things, but I truly believe this is one of, if not the best, machines available for the average Joe and Jane! Mind you, I waited until Prime Day 2020 to get mine for a lower price, because most of us can't afford such purchases on the spur of the moment, but this machine is well worth the money! The good news is that, based on what I've seen in the last two months, LifePro runs a lot of promotions on both Amazon and their website, with the free item promos being listed on their website just to let you know. ) However, I chose to buy from Amazon because I knew I could return it if it was defective. Nobody is going to be able to separate me from this machine! LOL. This machine is functional! br>br> They come in a variety of styles and sizes, with some models being more basic and others, like my Rumblex 4D, being more advanced. I'm a big guy with health problems, so I needed something that could hold my weight and not fall off (which is why I chose the one with a flat surface), and since I was going to take a chance, I wanted it to do everything these machines could do! Also, because my home isn't particularly large, I needed something that was comfortable but didn't take up too much space. The Rumblex 4D appears to be the ideal companion. The following is some background information. br>br>I recently suffered a back injury and have been undergoing treatment for nearly a year. At one point, I became stuck, and nothing seemed to work. The doctors told me that I needed to lose weight. But how? Instead of accepting defeat, I decided to look into options that even my doctors would not necessarily consider or recommend "because they do not have the studies to support it. " Yeah. "Thank you, doc!" exclaims the narrator. Throughout my journey, I've discovered that, while doctors are wonderful people, they have a very specific way of doing things. Thank you, but no! "Everything I'm doing is helping to some extent, but it'll only get me so far," I told myself. I'm in desperate need of something new and different than what my doctors are willing to offer. I don't believe surgery is a risk I'm willing to take at this time. " I began reading as a result. Vibration plates and machines with similar names were among the things I looked into. I looked inside and outside the Amazon market for these machines, and there were literally hundreds of them. However, most of them appeared to be flimsy, came from China with no warranty, and most appeared to be a fire hazard or an accident waiting to happen. It's easy to tell when something is well-made, photoshopped, or just plain bad. br>br>Then there were the machines that cost a few hundred dollars and even more that cost a couple thousand dollars. Needless to say, seeing one that reminded me of a Spa/Wellness Center where I used to frequent piqued my interest even more. It was one of thousands of machines that I recognized. It was a big one, but everyone at the Spa/Wellness Center seemed to enjoy riding it. So, after looking at and reading hundreds of products and reviews on Amazon and elsewhere, and discarding the ones I couldn't afford due to their "thousands of dollars" price tag, I came across LifePro. I was skeptical at first, thinking it was too good to be true. Great reviews; it appeared to perform as well as, if not better than, some of the "thousands of dollars" machines for a fraction of the price, and for only a few hundred dollars, but with something the others lacked: a LIFETIME WARRANTY! "Wait a minute!" I exclaimed. When my mother was a kid in the 1960s and 1970s, they stopped offering lifetime warranties! WHAAAAAAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? I couldn't and wouldn't believe it, so I switched to investigator mode. LOL. br>br>As time went on, I dug deeper and deeper. I compared the machine (Rumblex 4D) to high-end tagged machines as well as others in the same price range. I wanted to see if any of the reviews on the site were fake or paid for. Check to see if any of them have already been used as a review somewhere else. There is nothing to be concerned about. All of it appeared to be true, but I refused to believe any of it. I'm in my 30s, but I've been buying things online since before Facebook existed, so I'm no stranger to scams. However, it turned out that everything was correct. There are no fake reviews, paid reviews, or anything else shady about it. Furthermore, the Rumblex 4D appears to be capable of doing everything the big ones did, and even more. This business, this product, isn't a rip-off. It's a real company with a real product, and I was pleasantly surprised, albeit skeptically. br>br>Now, back to my point. Yes, I understand how difficult it is for many of us to come up with $300 or $400. I eventually settled for waiting for a sale and using a combination of gift cards and credit cards to pay for it. But, believe it or not, it's WORTH IT! The device is actually functional. This week, I was promoted to level 10 with all functions enabled (4D). I've noticed changes, but I'm still at level 10 after reaching 60! However, I am injured, and the company advises that you begin slowly and gradually increase your workload. This demonstrates that they are interested. Because it's best to go slow at first!br>br>It's best to go slow at first, but believe me when I say it still works. DO NOT TURN UP THE RADIO! Don't rush it! Trust me, I know it works because those first few days when you have to go to the bathroom, OMG! It'll stink to high heaven! It hurts ten times as much as usual, but that's because it's helping you clean out your lymphatic system! To be honest, I had no idea what the lymphatic system was, let alone how it worked or why it was so important. The benefits of lymphatic system drainage alone, aside from pain relief, are WORTH THE MONEY! You won't believe what happens in the first few weeks, or even months, as I did. I'm considering getting one of their massage "guns" later down the road. I mean, everything appears to be of high quality, so instead of buying the ones sold in fitness stores or from places like Wal-Mart, I decided to make my own. I'll wait to get it from LifePro instead of Wal-Mart or Target, which appear to be great deals but don't offer the Lifetime Warranty or even anything more than 90 days at best. Amazing products from a fantastic company.   This vibration plate 100% is legal. At my chiropractor's office, I had been using a different brand, but this one blows it out of the water. This is a much more powerful, yet quieter machine that arrived quickly and is actually quite attractive. It was great that there wasn't a lot to put together. I really like the wrist-mounted remote control, and I was surprised to learn that it also has Bluetooth, so I can listen to music while working out. There are many options and things you can do to get a good overall workout. I'm very impressed, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a high-quality vibration plate to buy this.

I am committed to working out three times per day on this. The rumblex has already helped tone my legs, and it's a blast to work out on it! I'm now starting to incorporate different workouts into it, and I'm amazed at how quickly I'm seeing results. My 92-year-old mother's knees, which have been diagnosed as bone-on-bone, make it difficult for her to walk. Getting out of a seated position is difficult for her. She's been coming over every day (about 8 times now) to use the Rumblex, and I can tell she's getting better at standing up. If she didn't see an advantage, she wouldn't keep coming over to get on it. My roommate, who suffers from peripheral neuropathy, is also looking forward to trying it.

I wasn't sure how this would work, but this platform comes with complete instructions on how to use the resistant bands with this platform, as well as a variety of workouts you can do with it. I had it on the first vibration setting, and even at a 4, I was having trouble keeping my balance. My favorite part is when it moves from side to side; it gives me a good workout and makes me feel like I'm surfing. My legs, lower back, and stomach will all feel like they're on fire. When I combine this mode with the bands, I get a full-body workout. This machine came with a mat to help balance it on my uneven tile floors. This is in my bedroom and takes up very little room. I keep it under my bed when I'm not using it. It also included a bag to keep all of the accessories in. I recently began using this to perform planks, and while planks are a good workout on their own, adding this intensifies the workout. The best thing about this machine is that it makes my knees feel very comfortable. My knee hasn't hurt since I started using this after having surgery a few years ago.
