After reading numerous reviews of various brands and types, I decided to purchase this machine. Even after all of that, I was blown away by how quickly my arthritic knee(s) pain was relieved after only a few sessions. I'm still experimenting with different settings and short exposures to see which ones are best for my "ailments. " But only so far. meets or exceeds expectations 30 June. br>br> It's been five months since I've used the machine, and I'm still blown away. My hip and knee pain are no longer an issue. I was beginning to require the use of a cane at the start of the adventure. The cane is now stored in the garage on a peg. Instead of the "gimp limp" I used to have, I'm regaining a normal walking stride. My wife also uses it to treat recurrent muscle spasms, which it has helped to significantly reduce. RECOMMENDED WITHOUT HEsitation.

My right knee and ankles were throbbing with pain. To compensate, I walked in the wrong direction. During the night, I was also awakened by pain. I've only had it for a week and a half. What a transformation this machine has brought about! My pain has significantly decreased, and my walking posture is steadily improving. My sleep was disrupted once more because I missed one evening of vibration. I may be insane, but I believe my energy levels are improving as well. I'm so glad I went ahead and bought my Rumblex Max!.

I looked into the various Rumblex models for quite some time. I also spent a lot of time with the (AWESOME) online chat support team, asking a lot of questions and comparing things (she was very patient and knowledgeable). I'm looking forward to the video library on the website as well as the YouTube channel. I'm looking into the Whole Body Vibration Contraindications (I have an Aortic Mechanical Valve, and my wife has osteoporosis, so we want to make sure there are no risks).

When used on a regular basis, I believe it helps with aches and pains as well as inflammation. I only wish there were better explanations in the user guide book that came with it on how to use it for pain and inflammation, the differences between the different motors that make up the 4D feature, and which ones are best to use for different ailments or workouts; I feel like users are in the dark unless they go to the website and look through each online video resource, which can take a long time.

The machine is a formidable opponent. It has a lot of settings, which I like. Simple to work with. The addition of a mat is a nice touch. I have yet to use the hand bands. I did my homework, and this company backs up their claims. They respond quickly to emails, are extremely friendly, and are extremely helpful. My back is hurting, and a bad fall left me with a bar and pins in my ankle. My back and ankle are not bothered by this machine. I run it at a slower speed now, but I believe that with practice, I will be able to increase it significantly. This is a fantastic option for me to have. If you're looking for a vibration machine, LifePro is a great choice; it's a great machine with excellent customer service, and I'm very happy with it. Many thanks to LifePro!.

I think this is great so far; I haven't had it for long, but I'm hoping it will help with the constant pain I'm in. Make sure you follow the directions and use it for the recommended amount of time because it can make you feel light-headed and/or nauseous if you don't. It's heavy, so people with back problems (like me) shouldn't pick it up because they'll only make things worse. One thing I noticed is that the controls are extremely sensitive, so if you have a big butt like I do, you'll end up messing with them while sitting on it.

6 pounds and struggled to walk or stand due to serious balance issues. I was told not to use it for more than 30 minutes per day, so I did 10 minutes three times a day, as recommended by their many videos. That is exactly what I needed. It's something I do first thing in the morning, then at noon, and finally around dinner time. It feels fantastic after a long period of inactivity. Using the default Oscillation mode, I've only gotten to Level 2 out of 99 levels. I weighed 457 pounds a week later. I think I should join the affiliate program because I've already recommended them to three people. It'll be well worth your time and money. I'm looking forward to the next time I get to use it as much as I used to look forward to dessert!.
