I like how it makes me feel like I'm getting a workout, but it makes a horrible clicking and humming noise for the entire 15 minutes. It's extremely inconvenient when you're trying to concentrate and the power plate is constantly banging away, making a strange creaking sound. br>br>Update: Customer service at Lifepro was excellent, and they promptly sent me a replacement. The difference between the two with the squeak that started can be seen in the video.

Every day, I walk and stretch, but I felt like I needed more. I purchased this machine because I spend the majority of my workday at a computer and felt that I needed assistance in getting my blood flowing throughout my body. I watched the YouTube videos to get started, and I've been using my machines four times a week for a couple of weeks now, and I'm convinced my body is waking up in every way. The profound effects of standing straight on my hips and lower back astounded me. There's nothing else like it.
