This is the third time I've used a Life Pro Waver. For my upper body, I purchased the mini waver, and for my lower body, I purchased the regular waver. One of my daughters received the third as a gift. For the past 11 years, I've used whole body vibration. My first WBV machine was a high-end model that looked a lot like the Galileo, the grandfather of all WBV machines. According to my research, you'll need an oscillating unit with a single motor to get the most out of one of these. Why? Because you can't keep multiple motors in perfect sync unless you're a mechanic. The Galileo is a single motor unit with a price tag of $50,000. The single motor oscillating type is used in all WBV studies. This unit is fantastic, and I'm already seeing muscles I haven't seen in years after only two weeks of use.

I could still feel the effects, despite the fact that it was "mini. " I've had the waver mini press for about two weeks and I'm really enjoying it! I've only used the lowest setting so far in order to get used to it and concentrate on my form. However, even if I only stand on it for 15 minutes on the lowest setting, I feel like I'm getting a good workout. Because I work from home, I spend the majority of my time sitting. I also stand a lot on weekends because I'm working on launching my bakery and am constantly baking and testing recipes. My legs and feet feel like they're getting a massage - which is extremely important. I've noticed that my ankles are less swollen and that I can flex my feet more since using this. I'm looking forward to increasing the intensity and incorporating some workouts with this device! I also like the fact that there are wrist pushup bars. They put a lot of thought into this product; money well spent! I have issues with my hands and wrists, which makes it difficult to do pushups; they put a lot of thought into this product; money well spent!.

I adore the vibrations produced by this machine; they are both powerful and effective, and I enjoy using it to jump-start my day. Start a workout, get rid of pain, or relax. It engages all of my muscles, particularly my core and legs. It's helped me burn calories on days when I don't feel like doing an hour of cardio.

Working out with the Waver mini press is something I've never done before, and it's a lot of fun. To begin, I spend about 15 minutes every other day on this machine, and I am beginning to see results, but it takes time, as it does with everything else in life. There are so many different types of workouts you can do with this. The purchase has exceeded my expectations.
