I've been using the WaverMicro every day, sometimes twice a day. After the first two uses, I developed itchy legs. 3 days. Since then, very little has happened. I'd say it's definitely helped with my balance and leg circulation. The only drawback is the size, which is a little too small for doing squats. However, due to its small size and weight, it is very easy to transport! I bought it for that reason.

It's not a portable unit, despite the fact that I like it and it works well with a special feature of the remote control. It's far too big to be carried around! In a sitting position, I tried it at the lowest level, and even though it was on top of the non-stick surface, it worked. It shifted a little on the slip rug. I gave it a four-star rating because of its smaller dimensions, but I wish it wasn't so heavy, or at the very least had a handle to make it easier to pick up - a difficult job.

I have a larger vibration plate that can be used for a variety of exercises-- Squats, planks, push-ups, and so on. This one is a little more difficult to do some of those exercises on because the pad is so small, but it is strong and allows you to be a little more creative with the types of workouts you can do. It's simple to put together, and it's small enough that it doesn't take up much room in my living room. I can easily take it out and use it to do some quick exercises while watching television. This is a book I'd recommend to anyone looking for a good read. The compact design is required for a high-quality starter plate. br>br>This isn't a magic machine that will help you lose weight quickly, but it can help you strengthen your core muscles if you put in the effort and use it to supplement rather than replace your workouts.

This vibration plate is incredible in terms of what it can accomplish. I like how it works your muscles while also helping you lose weight and improve your bone density. This device has been extremely beneficial to me. I started at 215 pounds and am now at 195 pounds. I was weaker when it came to lifting and picking things up, but this has helped me gain muscle strength. It's simple to operate and comes with a remote control, allowing you to control it without having to move. It's extremely light, which is great because it makes it easier for me to lift and carry when I need to.

The product was extremely well-made. In terms of vibration, I was underwhelmed. My knees are a problem for me. I spent 30 years as a martial arts instructor. I reasoned that the vibrations would be beneficial. That was not the case. There wasn't enough smoothness. It wasn't so much a vibration as it was a shake. I believe it would have been helpful if I didn't have such sensitivity in my knees. The following day, I returned it. For my condition, I've been considering the Emer foot messager machine.
