It has been extremely beneficial to our bad backs. It's also excellent for exercise, as you can tell when you squat. What a versatile tool for fitness and recovery to be able to use.

I really need to get back in shape, so I bought a lifting machine and a tread mill, but I still needed something that wouldn't tire out my muscles so I could do it every day. I did some research and discovered some, but they are out of my price range. Then, based on the reviews and descriptions I've found so far, and the least I can afford, this machine is the most alternative and the least I can afford. I enjoyed using it before and after my workout; it really gives a warm start to my workout and relaxes my muscles at the end. It's convenient to use because it's remote controlled. I'm excited to see if this machine can assist with weight loss. If there are any changes to this machine or my body's use of it, I will update my review.

I'm so happy with my Waver Enhance that I've told three of my friends about it, and three of them have purchased the Waver Micro because they, too, are seniors. I'm only 70 years old, so I'm mostly on low settings and have only used Program One twice, but I've noticed relief in my sprained hip and lower back, as well as increased leg strength. My 80-year-old friend noticed a significant reduction in swelling in her ankles after her third use on the second morning she used her Micro. As a result, we're all looking forward to it.

I really like how strong the waver enhance is. The oscillation is more powerful than on my Rumblex Pro. It can reach a maximum of 100 vs. In addition, if your feet are cold, the heating feature will quickly warm them. I actually brought this one to work with me because it's small enough to fit under my desk.
