They have an excellent detox program that is simple to follow. It's what I use in front of the television. I don't need to turn up the volume on my television because it is so quiet! br>Now that I have it and have read the box and the book, I can see how beneficial it is to my health. I like the first one (and it still runs strong if I want it to), but the second motor adds a different type of movement that I like for added intensity and lymph support; this model is slightly larger than my previous one, but only by a small amount. Both are of excellent quality and offer similar features, but the hovert obviously has more options. I like that I can set the timer on this model to up to 30 minutes and that each type of vibration can be adjusted separately. We've been using this model every day since we got it last month, and we're still in love with it! I would strongly advise!.

I have poor circulation and am predisposed to blood clots due to a genetic mutation. This machine is a lifesaver as well as being extremely powerful. Every day, I do ten minutes of squats on it, then ten minutes of sitting on it, and finally ten minutes of sitting in a chair on it. I simply sat down on it. I work at my desk for ten hours a day, and sitting for that long makes me stiff and lethargic.
